I emailed support and they answered within 24 hours each time. Answered all of my questions. I haven't tried the ea yet, so I can't comment on Furious Scalper itself, but they did respond to all of my questions.

I would have a little more confidence if the developers of this product,
which they are practically giving away, revealed who they were .
Claiming they are well respected in the industry just doesn't cut it.
