It worth their while i asked for a refund after nearly a month then suddenly after two more trades my account was showing 776.00 euros. They still wanted me to invest more so i decided to withdraw the funds. The financial advisor told me it was too large a sum to withdraw saying the bank may get suspicious. The phone calls stopped and now the website and my account as gone. Anyone know what to do?

Just had a voicemail from this company calling me a mother f*****. Not happy with unprofessional service.

i am working with fxactivefund.com but his not paid my profit money and my money amount is $26000 what can i do pelese give me some suggestion.

Used this platform some 3 yrs ago. Net loss about U$40000 due to reckless trading. Decided to get out of this market. However, when I made profits then I experienced no problems with withdrawals. Logged in today to see what's happening in the FX market. To my suprise I see they no longer exist. One of thier former directors/partners by name of Rene Hedley, who got me signed up, left them some 2yrs ago. He is now involved with another fx trading company called FX-Revolution (Pty) Ltd. Wonder if he left becuase he was aware what they up to? It may be useful for someone to try and contact him.

The alleged misappropriation of funds has been reported by the FSB to the DSO for investigation. An investigation has been authorized into the alleged commission or attempted commission of offences of including but not limited to fraud, theft and contravening certain sections of the POCA Act as well as Companies Act by individuals using the entities of JICM, FxActive SA (Pty) Ltd and FxActive Limited.

The investigation team has to date met with several witnesses and any queries and/or information could be directed to cbakkes@npa.gov.za or office number (012) 842 1400 (South Africa)

When I just started with FX, I was looking for an SA based company to use for some "play testing". So i got a demo account with FX active and a few weeks later opened a real account. Luckly I only deposited about $500 and after losing $200 (genuine loss due to being totally new to FX) I was able to withdraw the rest (maybe cause it was such a small amount). Anyway I actually thought they were pretty good at that time.
The other day (this is many, many months later) I went back to their site to find that it is no longer there... a few google searches later I started to feel sick! These b@$t@rds robbed so many people! I am just glad that I did not have the time to invest more in to my FX attempts...
Felix, excelent site, well done. I really think anybody who is at all interested in FX trading should have this right at the top of his favourites :)

I am a FXactive client. In the last couples of months, I wanted to get my money from Fxactive (trading account). The phone/fax was off and the website (www.fxactive.com) has no longer available. Does anyone know how to get hold Fxactive ?

I would like to let all the clients and anyone else reading this that I am merely an employee of fxActive, I brought in new business as I was told to do. I have helped the clients to the best of my ability and from hereon it is out of my hands.
There is no need to ruin my reputation by writing my name on websites such as this one in the form it has been written.
