FxAutoInvest.com Review

My only word is to stay away from FX Auto Invest. I don't know how other EAs of this same company perform. But this fortuna EA is a big fat liar and I can show you that. The result on myfx shows tha is make about 4% lost of this month but it is far more terrible than that. This EA is only making loss though the results on FPA show some profit trade but on my real account those profit are just FAKE and make up. Only losing trades are coppied to my account. Furthermore, the profit when it make is very smale 2-3 pips compare to 20-40 pips loss and you wll never profit from it. Such a big fat liar. It should not be on the top 5 EAs cuz it's a lie. It just makes some fancy results on december last year. But now it is totally not working

2012-01-26 2 stars Yes, sure. They support team is quite unresponsive. Plus, it has been 2 days which the EA made no trade though comparing to the results on FPA there are about 2 trades made. So it may cause by the broker sensitive which does not metioned on their product. Let just wait for few days if any trade made and I will continue report on that.

In the beginning it worked as expected in the first days. After a week or so trading in a small account, I decided to move the EA to a bigger account. After moving it, I noticed it was not copying the trades on a Monday and contacted the support. Soon it worked and I was glad. Unfortunately in the following week, it happened again. No trades copied. I emailed the support. After 3 days without signals and without an answer, after 2 emails, I decided to cancel the service. I was disappointed not only because it was not working perfectly, but for the lack of answer and lack of expectation to see the system working well in the future. Pity, because it could work. I made about 10% in the first week using a risk smaller than the suggested one.

At last I got solved my problem: it was in their trade-copier.
Today a good trade. Let´s wait better customer support in the future.
I must improve my rating.

2012-01-26 2Star Awful customer support. Hours to get a response, and clearly from somebody without technical knowledge.
I have a lot of experience with EA´s, but in three days I have not been able to get the copier running in my account, and, at present, with little hope of receiving support.
Perhaps I will give it 5 stars in the next days if I get it working.

The developer hide some important information in their website such as the fact that the robot is broker sensitive and that the robot does work only with 5 digits brokers and in their recommended brokers. I bought the robot and was shocked to read these info in the installation guide. I have requested for refund. I will update the house if they refuse to refund.
