you guys with negative input, have no idea. its too easy to look at the bad when you see the good. i've never had a problem with fxlq and despite that they are probably no longer in business i will follow them.

Man, how this broker turned against all of us with lies and deception. They declared themselves as a liquidity provider, clearing lots of small brokers with more than $40million in cash.

Turns out the $40million never existed, and NFA as a slow moving turtle, finally realized they have been tricked.... we all had.

Over 500 redemptions or more have been submitted and are frozen until all client funds have been reconciled, or IF the $40million shows up to compensate for the client fund's gap. NFA will not release funds unless there are enough money for every account.

Is there any good lawyer out there? I think you can make good cash out of this for the next few years as brokers are getting shutdown and consolidated.

Funny thing is felix warned us about this about June of 2007... and the dead broker pool also warned us.

But Forex Liquidity had the balls to file $40million in excess capital, so it never made it to the "dead broker walking list".

Just got a notice from them:

The National Futures Association has today issued a Member Responsibility Action against FXLQ. You can find the notice on the NFA’s website: http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/Details.aspx?entityid=0362216&rn=Y

Basically, they have been playing shuffle with their "funding" - in that they claimed to have $41 million in assets which included a bond for most of that, which apparently doesn't exist. When the NFA requested documentation, they gave them a bunch of fake bank accounts and numbers.

You can see the details of their shell game here:
http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/CaseDocument.aspx?seqnum=1424

While I haven't had any problems with them, I am getting my money out. This is why I only started with a fraction of my money with a new broker before committing my trading account...

Serivice is slow, and they widened their 2-pip spread on usd/jpy 1 minute before triple swap to 8 pips. Low spreads usually, and they have quick execution of trades.

I have used FXLQ for 6 months and have nothing really negative to say - They fill orders, market or entry and if they screw up which everyone does they back it up. Had occasion when trailing stop di dnot work - They credited account as soon as I showed records. The Trading platform works flawlessly and spreads are stable in almost all conditions. Again no complaints.

I've had an account with FXLQ for 8 months now. THeir spreads are tight and I always get filled at the price I click. On the news they widen their spreads as any other broker would do, but I was always getting filled with Felix's SNW. Once I had a problem with my trailing stop and I called the dealing desk and they credited all the profits to my account as I would make if trailing stop would work! So, I can say only positive things about this broker. Where did you find in the agreement that they can keep your profits if they find it necessary?

These guys are not worth anything for news or customer service. If you make money they will take it back look at their agreement they actually have the balls to say we can take back profit if we deem it necessary. This statement alone should let you know that they are thieves. I also had 20-60 sec delay in fills it was like they would wait until I was at a loss then fill me. I am filling a report with the NFA and CFTC I would advise anyone else who has issue to do the same. If we all file reports when brokers screw us it will help others not to suffer the same fate.

they claim they have no dealing desk, but if you make money they are not happy. They screw you big time and all lies. I don't believe in regulations in USA anymore, they all say that NFA regulated firms are the best, I had nothing but trouble from any US regulated firms. Nothing but scammers. This company obviously has financial issues, don't take a chance.

I am vaguely uncomfortable with them as I know they had trouble but I do get excellent fills on the SNW and they seldom widen their 3 pip spread on GBP before I am in.

I use FXLQ account 3 month. Im gonna to change this f.cking broker. Customer service is sucks, yes. I tired to get slippage. For example today i had BUY GBPUSD at 1.9416, it was executed at 1.9455! One week ago i got stop-loss more then expected, it was closed for 10 pips worse. I give one star just for small spread. I dont know who can trade with them, because even you are not news trader you can get bad closing the position when you dont expect it. Try to find something better.
