Sergio, Document your exchanges with the vendor and submit directly to Plimus for a refund. They will give the vendor a chance to respond, but if you are persistent they will step in and issue a refund directly

When I purchased this EA, first of all I discovered that the price shown on the website (99 USD) is valid for just one pair (GbpUsd) and that for each further cross you have to pay an extra charge. I think it isn't correct.
Having experienced a very poor performance after a couple of weeks running, I asked for refund, as per "30 days money back guarantee" underlined on the website, Result: it was initiated a dispute (!), where the seller has a week to answer, then I have to answer back and so on.... of course in the mean time the 30 days will expire and I can forget my refund.
Be careful: IT IS A SCAM !
