sent e-mail and called many times as i wanted open an account with them after reading good things here all around, but no answers, finally someone pick up the phone and told me that the reason of not getting any answer was because GRUPPO 11 is closing down and he's changing job, so sad, good luck to them, it's seems they were one of the best around....time to restart looking....

I am still getting emails from them. But cannot access their site. I wonder if I am being blocked. Seems to be the only site I cannot get to. I did send them emails with no response, especially the one about information on returns, etc of their trading systems. NO RESPONSE

Just trying to contact them by telephone and their number has changed- called the new number but it comes out at a different company. I have a lot of money in there that I wish to get out. Be careful everyone they may have run off with clients money and the website is still running.

I have been a client of this broker for more than 1 year now, and have no complaints. Charts (from Prorealtime) are excellent and much easier to customize than FXCM or IB. Data feed is OK, although it froze 2 times in the last year. Service is friendly and personal too, since it's a small broker. I visited them in their office, and was very satisfied with what I saw.
