Refund - Ice trader (Glisten tree holdings Ltd)
Hi,
I am waiting on my refund from Ice Trader (Glisten tree Holding Ltd), when they advised us they had to terminate contracts in Oct 16. Send an email with bank account details so they can refund. Mentioned "experience delay due to large volume transactions" !!
I haven't received any refunds- now being 2-3 months, and they don't answer emails.
I raised a complain under CySEC , IceTrader is a trading name of Glistentree, a CySEC regulated firm.
What else should I do? Have any one of you experienced this, if so when did you get your refund?

Icetrader refusing to give my profits I made.
I made a deposit of $500 into ice trader with my debit card, I traded and made a profit of $151. I wanted to make sure that everything went smoothly with their withdrawals. I tried to make a withdrawal of $100 to test it out but got bombarded with telephone calls trying to convince me not to. Eventually got fed up and decided to withdraw all the money. The $500 was returned to my card without a problem, but the profits they wanted to send to my bank account. I bank with Capitec and they would not accept the payment as it went though the wrong channels so they sent it back. Icetrader has now said they never received the funds even though I have proof from the bank. I know it is not a lot of dollars but in rands it is +/- R2100.

Great new regulated cysec CFD broker.
At the time of writing this, www.icetrader.com is newly regulated and listed with cysec:

Reason for writing this is, I had been contacted via an external broker many time who recommended them, I could not find their regulation on cysec some months earlier, but that has since changed.
I only did 1 trade, but did not experience any problem with their trading platform or had any complains about slippage or their service.
I have made a deposit with them, made one trade and did a total withdraw. Everything went fine, they addressed my withdraw request and returned the money in a satisfactory manner and time.
As always with any broker, check the latest reviews and that they continue to be regulated by cysec before starting an account. To avoid being scammed, if any broker is claiming cysec regulation, always check from cysec's website for a link to the brokers platform (there are many scam sites that use a cysec licence belonging to another company).
