DOM trading all time blocked and incorrect contract number

Hello i was client in Infinityfutures but is must to change the name from infinity to stop quickly yes, in the begining it was ok the first trades the first week was ok but because i win more from i loss ,the DOM begining to make probleme some time was blocked with my order on the market impossible to close the position 30 minutes and some time whene i choice 2 contracts the DOM choice 3 contracts and not 2 so i leave Infinty Futures in fews months the DOM was blocked with my order on the market more from 5 times is really to much
