I recently decided to give the EA another chance.The difference is that I am manually closing trades if I think that the drawdown has become too large to reverse before hitting the internal stop loss.If you are able to do that you can make money.I E-Mailed their customer support as I saw that on their live trading results they use 25 pairs that do not include any exotics.I wanted to know their timeframes for trading,but they will not respond to any of my E-Mails.I would give the EA 4 stars now,but the appalling lack of any sort of customer support only deserves 3 stars.

I have been trading the Matrix 4.0 since late March.It has been optimised to trade 25 pairs including eight "exotics".I asked them if I could use it on 15 pairs and they said that would be acceptable,but I would just get less trades.I have had eighty trades,seventy of which reached take profit.The problem is that the loosing trades are so big that you need a 90% win rate to break even.I sent them two E-Mails asking them if they could suggest a solution to the problem but they never replied.If you just want lots of trades and don't care about making money,this is the EA for you!
