MercerFx.com Review

I wish I knew about FPA before giving my money to these crooks at Mercer. All their pitch lines are BS. They don't answer their phone as I was constantly calling them to demand that they stop trading because of their poor entries, I had a partial managed account. I can't open their site. Email after email and FINALLY, I get an email on March 11, 2016 from them as follows:

Please follow the steps below to enjoy our update Walton Meta-Trader 4 Platform:

1. Uninstall your current Meta-Trader 4 on your computer.

3. Login with your Mercer Captial username and password.
Username: account number

So I followed their instruction, and my Mercer account had been deleted and transferred to Walton Global.
I have made every effort to contact Mercer, and tried to find ANY LISTING for Walton Global with no success.

Should anyone have any insight as to how to contact these people, or if anyone has any information on a class action suit, I would be more than happy to join in on it with my experiences and which I can provide adequate evidence to help, please send me an email: nghtrvn@gmail.com

I opened account sometime in 2014 and since Aug 2015 I am trying to withdraw but no replies from them. I am sure there must be some authorities who can help us recover our monies.

I am victim of mercer capital scam, since i requested for my deposit my account is disabled their website is blocked i cannot login. I have been sending emails to the account manager by the name of Cathrine Lien no replies, tried their support services still no assistance tried calling them it is just the same issue not going through.
i really need my money back.

SCUM BROKER. Asking for a withdraw for more than a month now.
Every time they are finding a new excuse: "Your account has been transferred to ASHOKFX" (without my permission),then they said that they sent the funds but got them back (allegedly because of a wrong typed SWIFT), then they promised to send me a confirmation of transfer and that I should receive my funds this week.
Finally they blocked my number and stopped answering my calls or emails.
I see that the same happened to other traders here.
We have to do something to shut them down as they continue to operate.

I have found out that mercer capital and dupont are both under same owners and oparate from the same location. the company is under Israeli ownership and located in AL KUDS (jerusalem)

i started trading with mercerfx.com last may 20,2015. When i get ready to invest my money I deposited $1500 and then they started the trading as we agreed. evrything goes slowly good. Sometimes in August mercerfx ask me if I can able to add more fumd since my account is too risky to open trade along a promise to avail a 100% bonus that will be projected to my account so I deposited 1500 again. then suddenly that account manager went for a maternal leave on that day and left me with new account manager. it seems like everything was fine with the new account manager. Surpricingly I tried many times to withdraw my money because i am in very deep finacial problem they dont even responding. i am getting frustrated of that. it just too late to realized now based on what i read here in this forum that they already in this kind of issues very long. since the start of this week i observed that my account is starting to drop slowly and it like it will drop more as i read on many statement here. I still hope that i can still get some of my money.

I am the one who did a case against them with the FSCL and got them deregistered from the NZL register.
I also lost huge sums with them and with Jack Green mainly ... I am also planning to take legal action against them and have been in touch with the lawyers also. I have all the emails, messages and proof against them too. Pls contact me on 00491724134966 so that we can put our case together and more stronger against them and get our money back.

Mercer forex proved out to be huge scam,I had a complaint I posted in FPA on 17th March regarding the challenges.They contacted me and start to negotiate to remove the review from all the social media.
They told the whole issue happened because one of their employee Mr.Jack Green was doing some fraudulent act and they removed him from job and are willing to compensate my losses.We agreed on a compensation of 40K$ out of my 120K.They even send me an agreement signed and stamped.They agreed to pay it as monthly installments and settle it in next 6 months time.It was supposed to start by the 1st August 2015.Since then I dont have any replies from them,neither phone nor emails.I would like the experienced traders in the room to shed some light on how to stop and take legal action against these scammers.I contacted Financial services complaints Newzeland,they say now Mercer is deregistered with them and they can do much.I am working out on some legal action plans.I have all the evidence to prove my point including trade history,POA copy,emails,screenshots and settelment agreements made.

I will fight for justice as far as possible.Meanwhile I urge each one of you in the FPA family to be aware about this scammers and spread the message across and support me with your inputs and

2015-03-17 1Star Dear Sir/Madam,My self Mr.R from UAE would kindly like to bring to your attention some serious fraudulent activities done my Mercer Capital in my forex trading account.
Mercerfx.com is owned by Mercer Capital New Zealand and is listed on New Zealand's Financial Service Provider Register (No. FSP347626). It is also a member of the Financial Services Complaints Limited.(Member No:5240

I am having an MT4 account(1005825) with Mercer capital since october 2014.I have issued a POA to avail the managed account services.Mr.Jack Green was my account manager.They were pushing me hard to increase my investments to make it to 54K $.Every time I try for a withdrawal they insist on reinvesting which I did.We had some tough talks with Mr.Jack regarding it.Just before the NFP he opened 45 lots of trade with out stoploss and not taking into consideration any risk managment measures and my equity from 84K (Capital+Profits) came down to 42K.I was trying to reach them through phone calls,skype,emails and whatsup none of them were answered.Then Mr.Jack hedged the trades.After that I got an email from Mercer saying that Jack was doing some fraudulent act and they terminated him and Mr.Brad will be my new account manager and will help me to grow my account.He called me and again insisted on me to increase the investments to get out of the hedged trades and to avoid margin calls which I denied.I have put up numerous request to cancel my POA and give access to my trading account which they denied.Now today again they took a trade in CL oil and it went negatively and now my equity is 23K only.No one is answering to my calls and emails nor I have trading access to my account.Its a clear attempt to blow off my account.
I believe they are a group of highly professional scammers trying to take money out of the clients in a highly unethical way.Lots of innocent traders are being cheated by this gang.I urge you to take appropriate action before these scammers spoil the credibility and trust of this industry.
I have all the proof of transactions,emails,POA,chat history,screen shots and account history to prove my claim,which I can produce on request.

I left a voice message at your office phone today.1 week back I have registered a complaint against Mercer through your website but havent got any response from your side.

Untrustworthy broker. Denied my TP during FOMC. Illegally denying my withdrawals request on MercerFX active accounts.
