June 2014 WARNING: Reviewer TK1, Malaysia reported to the FPA that he had been threatened by MercerFx over the content of the review he left on 2014-05-18. Later, a Mercer Fx employee named David Bernstein said that the company was preparing to take legal action against the FPA if the review was not removed. David indicated that the company would settle for having the name of the CEO, Jacob/Jake Amar removed.
The FPA does not remove information on the basis of lawsuit threats. The FPA considers using legal threats instead of presenting evidence to show a statement is factually wrong to be plain and simple blackmail.
Under the circumstances, the FPA recommends against doing business with MercerFx. Further, the FPA is aware of some sort of relationship between MercerFx and DupontFx, so extends this warning to Dupont Fx too.

So I followed their instruction, and my Mercer account had been deleted and transferred to Walton Global.
I have made every effort to contact Mercer, and tried to find ANY LISTING for Walton Global with no success.
Should anyone have any insight as to how to contact these people, or if anyone has any information on a class action suit, I would be more than happy to join in on it with my experiences and which I can provide adequate evidence to help, please send me an email: nghtrvn@gmail.com

Every time they are finding a new excuse: "Your account has been transferred to ASHOKFX" (without my permission),then they said that they sent the funds but got them back (allegedly because of a wrong typed SWIFT), then they promised to send me a confirmation of transfer and that I should receive my funds this week.
Finally they blocked my number and stopped answering my calls or emails.
I see that the same happened to other traders here.
We have to do something to shut them down as they continue to operate.
I am the one who did a case against them with the FSCL and got them deregistered from the NZL register.
I also lost huge sums with them and with Jack Green mainly ... I am also planning to take legal action against them and have been in touch with the lawyers also. I have all the emails, messages and proof against them too. Pls contact me on 00491724134966 so that we can put our case together and more stronger against them and get our money back.
They told the whole issue happened because one of their employee Mr.Jack Green was doing some fraudulent act and they removed him from job and are willing to compensate my losses.We agreed on a compensation of 40K$ out of my 120K.They even send me an agreement signed and stamped.They agreed to pay it as monthly installments and settle it in next 6 months time.It was supposed to start by the 1st August 2015.Since then I dont have any replies from them,neither phone nor emails.I would like the experienced traders in the room to shed some light on how to stop and take legal action against these scammers.I contacted Financial services complaints Newzeland,they say now Mercer is deregistered with them and they can do much.I am working out on some legal action plans.I have all the evidence to prove my point including trade history,POA copy,emails,screenshots and settelment agreements made.
I will fight for justice as far as possible.Meanwhile I urge each one of you in the FPA family to be aware about this scammers and spread the message across and support me with your inputs and

I am having an MT4 account(1005825) with Mercer capital since october 2014.I have issued a POA to avail the managed account services.Mr.Jack Green was my account manager.They were pushing me hard to increase my investments to make it to 54K $.Every time I try for a withdrawal they insist on reinvesting which I did.We had some tough talks with Mr.Jack regarding it.Just before the NFP he opened 45 lots of trade with out stoploss and not taking into consideration any risk managment measures and my equity from 84K (Capital+Profits) came down to 42K.I was trying to reach them through phone calls,skype,emails and whatsup none of them were answered.Then Mr.Jack hedged the trades.After that I got an email from Mercer saying that Jack was doing some fraudulent act and they terminated him and Mr.Brad will be my new account manager and will help me to grow my account.He called me and again insisted on me to increase the investments to get out of the hedged trades and to avoid margin calls which I denied.I have put up numerous request to cancel my POA and give access to my trading account which they denied.Now today again they took a trade in CL oil and it went negatively and now my equity is 23K only.No one is answering to my calls and emails nor I have trading access to my account.Its a clear attempt to blow off my account.
I believe they are a group of highly professional scammers trying to take money out of the clients in a highly unethical way.Lots of innocent traders are being cheated by this gang.I urge you to take appropriate action before these scammers spoil the credibility and trust of this industry.
I have all the proof of transactions,emails,POA,chat history,screen shots and account history to prove my claim,which I can produce on request.
