well this maybe late but I also was a victim. I am a former active duty Marines and a disabled Iraqi war Vet. These people told me that buy investing in the NYME at the time was the best thing I could do. I was young and dumb and believed what they told me. I invested with trust and they robbed me with ease. I recieved two pieces of paper from them . One saying they got my money and they next 2 months later saying it was all gone and that my position was now worth 0$. I was wondering If there is a class action lawsuit against these crooks. If anyone has any information please contact me at gnosisceo@yahoo.com. This isnt right! We should fight back!

these guys have been closed down by the CFTC, a civil action is pending, and criminal charges are coming....
they drew down customer accounts of $5M to $1M with their own trades, got a cease to trade order, then withdrew the remaining $1M.... nice

These guys are full of Horse Dung. I was given a high pressure pitch, with all the garnishments of "perfect -timing"..."congratulations...you will do well with this"...."You will make lots of money fast!" It was attractive and I went into it knowing it as a high risk...however, the cash left my account fast...losing on virtually every trade, but the commissions paid every time to these creeps.....I closed the account and the check for the remainder bounced! They need a lead pipe in their knees!

What a joke..? These folks are modern day thieves...... Stay away from then NO Better Yet Run.. They cater to I.B. Bull**** games..

Bad People., They are not honest buisness people, who are looking to take your money anyway they can. Not even sure they are US Citizens. They are using outsourced IB people how bad is that..

This company is a SCAM. Many of the principals of the company have had action against them by the CFTC and NFA in the past. They just keep changing the company name. They also have multiple companies working out of the same address. BE AWARE
