I have an account in excess of 50,000 Euros with Neuimex. After reading all the negative statements from angry people here (I can understand - I was one of them) I must add a positive comment. Maybe people wonder why but listen first:

I was with NDD for a long time and always have been treated fair and honest. I was very aware of the fact that there was Neuimex Switzerland and Neuimex Direct Dealing - 2 different companies. It is really surprising that people do not understand this and always talk about the wrong company.

NDD was my Broker. Then the problem happened with the other Neuimex Company in Switzerland. From my knowledge today this company was the first in a row that has been closed by Swiss authorities due to internal political reasons. This can be read in all publications meanwhile - one after the other Swiss Forex shop is closed and nobody can tell me that this is because suddenly they are all bankrupt. It is a political decision - but never mind. They are gone as WestcapFX and other Swiss lettercase shops.

The people from NDD made a mistake - they had the same company name as this Swiss company. This may be the reason why they ran into troubles. I have been informed that the bank account was blocked due to this name similarity. We all know what happened the last months since early 2007 - nothing. We could not get our money back and we got no official statement.

I still am in contact with those guys - my former agent kept me up to date from time to time, even if he is no longer with NDD. But he is still available for me. I have been told that the money is secured after a long time and all customers will be paid out. Hard to believe and I was absolutely pissed off from this waiting month by month. I did not believe anything they said - until today I suddenly found part of my balance back in my bank account! I really have received it back. And from a few friends I heard that some of them also have received funds, while others still wait. I am informed that they send me my deposit back in some portions due to bank restrictions.

I checked with my contact and was informed that they have not run away with the money, as some other companies have done, and they are processing the payout to the clients. They told me that no money is lost - and isn't this much better than nothing? And you may call me crazy - but I believe them. The fact that they are still there and answering my questions is my proof and their behavior during the good time I had with them. I lost money with Refco - the guys from Refco have cheated their customers as we have learned and still a huge amount has not come back to them. NDD pays back. Great.

So what shall I recommend you? Placing lawsuits? Hiring lawyers? Making loud noise? Spamming around in forums? Against an offshore company? Against people which are no longer there? Makes no sense. They are not responsible for the things that happened in Switzerland. And what will be the result of a lawsuit? In best case the lawyers get your money and in worst case nobody gets anything. I recommend - wait. Donʼt waste money for lawyers or anything else. It makes no sense to claim against an offshore company. I received notes from some trader friends from different countries that they have got their money back meanwhile. I donʼt know their priorities for payout - but of course everybody wants to be the first - what is not possible.

My suggestion: wait and you will receive payout also. This is 100% more than the victims of REFCO have experienced. Most of them lost their money. I have received mine with patience and trust and I am happy so far. Good luck and good nerves folks. This is the best what I can recommend. Thanks to the guys from NDD - they have done a great job. If anybody thinks I am a fake - here is my email:

Yes, these companies are so different that the same people are also working for the "new" company. They just "changed" location very quick. Yesterday they wrote a "Switzerland" after their name, today it is "BVI". Stay away.

After long period of silence I've just received a reply from Neuimex. I still have very small account with them. OK, so what's the present situation:
Neuimex DD and Neuimex AD are different companies. AD was shut down by Swiss authorities (they also closed 2 other firms). Neuimex DD had to relocate their accounts, opening new accounts for their customers. It took time, and they say they're on their way back. Until just recently not only withdrawals but also deposits were not accepted. I stand by it, because I was deposisting from egold and was also worried since it didn't show up on my account for quite some time. Today I've found it's there finally.
"The money will be sent to our customers very soon. No cent will be lost" - that's their official position.
As we know, it's not a broker for scalping nor news trading, unfortunately.
But what I always liked about Neuimex was their stability of platform and speed of execution (at least in my case, but I don't trade news). Also, flexible trade size (microlots).
Regarding Klaus: I really have nothing bad to say about him. In my case he was always very helpful, even recently, so when I read about cases where people say things against him, I can only say I'm surprised.
So I guess we should wait and see what happens. If they survive it, it will probably prove they are strong enough.
Important: I have no financial benefits from Neuimex, I'm just a trader.
From my perspective I would give them another chance. Right now, only 3 starts, because of the recent trouble, but if they up and running again, I would give them 4.
So far they don't look like a scam to me, since like I've mentioned, everything was properly explained to me.

I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT NIGERIANS WERE NOTABLE FOR SCAMS BUT NOW I KNOW THAT IT COULD BE FROM ANY NATION. NEUMEX DOES NOT DESERVE ANY RATING, EVEN IF IT HAD PROBLEMS IT COULD HAVE SENT OUT MAILS TO ITS CUSTOMERS BUT NEVER DID.

Waiting to see if I can get any of my account back since bankruptcy. Latest email from their lawyer is as follows:

Dear Madam, Dear Sir

With this letter we want to inform you about the preliminary results of the liquidation of Neuimex Asset Management AG, in the process of liquidation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The company is dead... and have been liquidated. Neuimex was keeping and telling to its client that they could not trade any more on their acccount because of audit and this during 3 months !!! Neuimex people were not respectful of their clients and company has been liquidated..... All client found their account closed and should fill up informationr regarding their assets. So to be honest ... i think neuimex direct dealing will keep chasing money from clients ....so be very careful

Important Information: the case with SFBC does only affect Neuimex Asset Management AG - Switzerland. Details of this case will be published in future and mayn details are not as they look like now.

But: Neuimex Direct Dealing SA BVI (NDD)is not connected to this company - then name is bought on a license base. Both companies have been completey separate from the beginning. NDD is working since 3 years and works as before. Trading, service, payments and withdrawals take place as usual and NDD will not be affected by any issue that happens to the Swiss company. The websites neuimex.ch and neuimex.de are not connected to neuimex.com which is NDD only.
