NewTradeFX.com Review

NEWTRADEFX.com had disabled my account and wiped out all my remaining deposits. Be very careful with this company. They give excellent service initially to get you to deposit more. The moment they see that you are not willing to increase fund and withdraw funds, they would find ways to cheat. How much can you trust if the company is misrepresenting that they are regulated which is not and when you can't get money back, there is no recourse. The company also use fictitious account to post positive notes in FPA to counter the negatives about their company which l hope viewers are not naïve to believe.

I had deposited 3 times to a total of USD$6500.00 from early February 2015 to mid 2015 with empty promises from Alison Lloyd that if l open account with them, they would provide free legal service to recover my fund from PrimeFMS within weeks and would refund my deposits even there is a loss if unsuccessful. Waited for one year and when l request to close my account and refund my deposit Alison started to twist and turn to give excuses. Subsequently they manipulated my account to wipe out my equity and hours later re-instated with considerable losses on November 24th 2015. Initially she denied manipulation. When l could not log on to my account somewhere in mid December, l email her the screenshots that they manipulated on December 28th, she later replied will refund my deposit with condition not to expose and say negative things about newtradefx in Forex peace army forum which l agreed.
Waited for weeks and multiple emails with no reply, l gave dateline or else will report to police, FCA,CYSEC, FPA, FOREX Factory and go viral on website. She threaten to take legal action against me for extortion and blackmailing them.
Since l could no longer log on to my account to trade. l submitted withdrawal and they refuse my withdrawal and refund.
This BROKER is definitely a FRAUD and SCAM with the following violations:
1) Misrepresented that they are FCA registered and covered by Capital Market Services UK ltd which is a lie.(there are document proof of their claim)
2) Refused withdrawal, closure of account and honouring refund as promised.(with document proof)
3) Manipulation of account. (with screen shot document proof)

This is the second time I create a forex thread on Newtradefx. The previous thread I created because of "Newtradefx ignoring my withdrawal request and my additional fund not reflecting in my account". The case closed after George Armstrong refund the money to my trading account. Now the problem that I faced is more worse. The website for newtradefx is not accessible anymore and no body that I can contact even George my manager. I noticed it on Thursday 28/1/2016 after I had a problem with my laptop which need to be reset. After resetting, when I tried to download newtradefx trading software from it website, I was not able to access the website. I had tried also form another laptop but not successful. After trying so many time failed, even I tried with the firewall protection/internet security in disable mode, then I sent e-mail to George but no response. I also tried to contact his friend Terrance Ross through skype but not successful. Terrance is his friend from another company "New trade finance"(from what he told me through phone but not exist if we search in internet). George gave me his skype contact information after I asked his(George) so many times. Instead of giving his contact info he gave his friend's contact no. I had only two time conversation with him which happened for the last two week. The first conversation was just an introduction. He told me that George had transferred my file to his company for him to manage. So, he asked my history with newtradefx and I told him my problem that I faced before and current problem. He promised to solve it and asking for few days to do some investigation. A week later, on 25/1/2016 he called and told me that in order to transfer my file to his company, I need to have USD100K in the account. I have USD40K already in the account. If I agree to add USD30K, newtradefx will add another USD30K as a bonus. When he told me that offer, I think that may be I will fall in another trap. So, I was not agreed to add the fund. Anyway I don't have that much money. I still using newtradefx platform even though George sent my file to Terrance. On Thursday 28/1/2016, I got to know that Newtradefx is not exist anymore after I had a problem with my laptop. Please help me to get back my money because newtradefx is really a scam. I don't know what to do else except asking help from FPA.

Review: Follow-up on my review newtradefx ignoring my withdrawal request and my additional fund not reflecting in my trading account. On 2nd Nov 2015, George Armstrong from newtradefx contacted me to resolve the issue and on that day itself he transferred USD13200 into my trading account. I feel sorry for what difficulty he face now but I did the thing that I should do. I've been waiting the response for almost 5 month. The problem is that Alison Lloyd was leaving the company, so no body take care of my issue. Luckily, I found FPA. Thank you FPA and also George Armstrong which represent newtradefx.

I joined newtradefx on early December after one lady named Alison Lloyd offered me a manage trade account. She also offered me to get back my money from Prime FMS which already cheated me for roughly USD20000. So, I started with USD10500 on 15/12/2015 and she asking to add more for a reason that in order to put me in the group where they will claim from Prime FMS within the month of March, I must have at least USD20000 in my trading account before end of February. So, I added some more USD7500 on 12/1/2015 and on 16/2/2015 I had added USD6000. My account being manage by them very well while they also working for me to get back my money from Prime FMS. My account grew from USD24000 to roughly USD34000 at the end of March 2015. It was surprising me on 24/3/2015 I received USD9695.42 in my bank account and on 2/4/2015 I received USD7147.43. It really a relief after getting back my money even though I'm not getting the whole amount that I kept in Prime FMS. Then, the problem came after I decided to upgrade my account to Rubby where I must have at least USD50000 in the trading account. So, when I received the first claim, I immediately transferred USD13200 to newtradefx but it not being transferred to my trading account until now. I did sent many e-mail to my manager Alison Lloyd, requesting to resolve it but she only making a promise. They also not manage my account properly. It not like before, everyday it will be a successful trade. Now, I trade it my self because some time they will just left the account without making any trade and some time they just left it without setting a stop loss for many days. On July 2015, I made a withdrawal request but it not being processed. I had a conversation through the chatting support in the web page but still it only a promise, I had sent many e-mail to Alison Lloyd but nothing works. Now, I couldn't withdraw the money from my trading account and the additional fund money that I transfer to newtradefx also still not in my trading account. I didn't received call from Alison Lloyd any more or any newtradefx representative. But, I still can make trading as I like in the trading platform. Please help me, I don't know what to do now.

My previous review turned out to be totally incorrect because Alison Lloyd just disappeared. I had $5K in my managed account but noe it has disappeared. No one replies to email and phone calls are not honored. As per UK financial Authority NewTrade Fx is a scam operation.

2015-05-31 5Star It was my good fortune that Alison Lloyd, the Head of Business Development at NewTradeFx, contacted me in early March of this year. I was very impressed with the historical performance of their Managed Account and I signed up on March 19. I must say so far I have had best customer service as well as an easy withdrawal. My account of $3K increased in value by an average of 15% a month in 2 months. I am very happy with NewTradeFx service and professionalism as well as the profits each month.

NEWTRADEFX IS A BIG SCAM!!!!, PLEASE DONT WORK WHIT THIS PEOPLE, THEY STOLE ME 20.000€ AND THEY DONT ANSWER ANY PHONE OR E-MAIL. I NEED HELP SO I CAN RECOVER MY MONEY PLEASE.A MAN CALLED JOSE MANUEL RODRIGUEZ CONTACTED ME AND AT THE BEGINNIG EVERYTHIS WAS OK BUT LATER ON HE DISSAPEAR.

Dear all clients, its my update review regarding NewTradeFX company and broker's managed account services according to their positive feedback and committed assistance to me. Mr. Dean price and the management of NewtradeFX decided to assist me by funding my account to recover my losses which account ID was 16626638 with them as managed account program. So, according to their commitment, i have decided to review this broker again for such assistance that they intended to do. I believe mr. dean has been taken a great decision to recover company GOODWILL as well as to satisfy and secure upcoming clients fund and also existing clients once again. So, we all looking forward to get better services and reliable trading platform with NewTradeFX broker. 2015-05-08 2Star Dear all, this newtradefx broker is completely scam broker in this forex industry, because they cheated with me by offering managed account to invest in vip managed account for 5000$ with low risk level / conservative risk level. i have invested for this account and they traded also in my account and they increased my fund +769$, month end balance was 5769$. i have been requested to withdraw my monthly profit 769$ but he refused by suggesting that its a poor amount so you should not withdraw this fund and let us increase this fund to more higher. then i also agreed ok fine i will wait for this month (April,2015). But he ( mr. dean price) and i myself also traded in my account in the last month and increased my fund to 8700$ + and suddenly he opened a sell trade 3$ for EURNZD pair without SL and this position gone against the market and finally my account got full losses and i lost my fund. I have been asked him was it logical for such lot size 3$ in conservative / low risk level fund management type ? but he have refused always to reply email for this issue to me but he prefer to call me to explain this matter. now he saying it was unexpected that happened to my fund. but he always refusing to send email regarding this loss. moreover, they asking to deposit more 5000$ and they give me bonus 5000$ to start newly. As i experienced , this broker and they full of activites is completely scam and they are offering investors some attractive offer to collect fund and later this funds are encountered in full negative balance and finally kicked out. and this is a big fraud scam broker and market maker because they dont have even license from any financial authorities and not even connected with any LP. So, be aware from this big fraud scam broker and save your hard earned money with a good one. my managed account manager was Mr. dean price and miss Alison

I've been trading with them for just over five months after a few colleagues in Europe recommended them to me.

Pro's: They have been extremely helpful and easy to work with. They have offered me GREAT advice and make it super easy to withdraw my money.

Con's: Phone calls take about 2 mins to connect to a live person.

Overall: good and profitable

In the beginning I have a good service with a person named Tamara Alves , he suddenly did not answer me and I became more entertained by Josh Hamilton. The more than two months I try to make a withdrawal and I'm being ignored by NewTradeFX !

Where can I report that the New Trade FX company is SCAM and what evidence list I need to post here to believe?
