OneBinary.com Review

I have an account with OneBinary that I funded with 500.00 usd but never used. My account manager tried to contact me by phone, but I emailed him explaining that I prefer to discuss matters thru email so that I would have a hard copy for my files. That never happened. What I noticed initially was the lack of a withdraw icon on their site for easy withdraws. This bothered me. After a few months, having never traded on their platform, I decided to close the account and move on. I submitted a ticket and was told the process would take 2 to 10 days...A few weeks passed, (very patiently) I contacted them again by phone. No account manager this time. I was passed around to a fellow who told me how big they are and assured me everything was being done to resolve my ticket. "Fine", I said, 'I'll continue being patient since my account is small and the big dogs always come first...That was back in Early June and after a couple of more calls and more assurances, here I am...Still waiting for this very large very busy company to give me back my measly 500.00 usd minus their 35.00 "handling fee". Out of patience, OUT MY MONEY, I've come to warn others about OneBinary and find out if anybody has had the same problem, and if not...How in the world do you get your money back from this lot? Cheers
