I OPENED BINARY ACCOUNT WITH OPTIONOW.
was dealing with guy hudson. we were no doing so well trading and he suggested i transfer my money to a managed forex account for better stability and safety of returns.. Two forex accounts were opened; the money trtansfered directly from my optionow account.
One account was opened and managed by his "optionow" associate Andrew Galloway;45k was transfered .
Second account was opened and managed by Guy Hudson; 23k was transfered.
i have login details for both accounts, i have tried for the past Month to close both accounts and withdraw whatever money remains in accounts but they both refuse to answer my calls, live chat and emails.

yesterday i talk to my account manager about the withdrawl some funds from my account . and he said ok he will do it , after our conversation on phone 5 minutes later i saw my balance gone down to $1049 from $3149 something and 1 position was open $100 which i won so balance should in crease, while i thought my account manager prosses my withdrawal request $2000 but after my current position close and i was looking at my balance to update , but it just reduce second by second 700 , 500,, 300, 200, 100, 49,, and last 4.01 dollar is my balance right now this all happen in 5 minutes after i talk to my account manager Mr AAzmi . i was really confuse whats going on, i try to call him vi your no +44-20-3519-2662 and they say he is busy i call many times after till night same thing he is in meeting he will call me asap , then the agent say he will call me tomorrow he said so, then i said OK and next day means today i was waiting nobody call but i call and agent said he will transfer my call just movement, then after few seconds she said he is not in the office you can call him after half an hour . well i try many times again to call him but he is busy busy busy, and agent just give his email id so i send him mail also but no reply . so if your company is honest then do a right thing

They had a promotion: Deposit 3000 euro and get 50% in insurance - my account manager traded for me and lost 2000 euro......It was completely impossible to get the 50% back, even after several phone calls and emails, then they changed my account manager, did not help, he just wanted me to deposit more.....

Even worse, my account manager (Daniel) called me and said that he has a "friend" (Jake) from USA who had some good trades - "just do it, he said"... lost 6000 euro on those trades.

Stay away from them, they steal your money.

I deposited 1250 usd in optionow.com ( binary option ) june 2014 they gave me a bonus of 450 usd. I lost a few trades and now is down to 1300 usd.

After testing with life trading my conclusion is they are scam. The platform does tricks with rates and timing, they have different rates on chart and in the position record, the discrepancy can be up to 5 PIP! Sure in the lost zone.

I'm sure they are scam - closing position with different rate then on the chart. This discrepancy can be up to 5 PIPs. Hold on time when position become expire, freeze the lost rate, change the rate after approval (sure in lost side)

I first open a Binary option trading with them, and deposit 250EUR with my credit card. After that I trade the account until it reach 295EUR. Later I try to withdraw with them. Tomorrow afternoon someone by the name Alexander called me to my mobile talking all rubbish about asking me to deposit 5000USD to become a VIP etc, and he even promise me to turn that 5000USD to 10.000 in 3 days. I ignored him, and still just want to withdraw my money. Then After I sent all the needed compliance, they never reply to me. I never know the status of my Account, the status of my Withdrawal. I emailed them a few times more, and they didn't answer me at all.
I think I have been scammed by this broker, and they are just a website to scam people.
