I have been registered in at least 8 different binary options plarforms, so I have some experience about how they work.

When you make the deposit, it is not necessary to upload the documents, but, if you want to withdraw, it is necessary to do it. My suggestion: before doing the deposit, you should always submit your documents in order to validate your account, and after receiving the validation, then you should proceed to do the deposit. And all the platforms ask for the same documents: ID (can be passport also), credit card with some deleted numbers, and a recent bill.

I have to say that the platform Optionweb has been very correct with me related to withdrawals. I always have received the withdrawals with no problem and no delay, just in three/six days as much.

Ah! one last suggestion: If you don't want to have problems with withdrawals, I think the best is not asking and not accepting any kind of bonus, nor trades free of risk. If you don't have any of these things, you will be more free to receive your withdrawals in whatever binary options platform you are trading.

I deposited 200 euro into optionweb to test their platform.

Its so slow sometime your bet calls and put are not recognized, the site suffer heavily from high latency and trading here is not smooth buggy as hell.

Anyway after testing i was not happy with their website, so i decided to withdraw the money i deposited with my credit card my own money.

Within minute i received a email :
Urgent notice , you are required to supply passport photos, credit card scan, bill less than 3 month old or your account will be suspended within 24 hours.

Honestly this is one broker to avoid , they quick to take your cash and once you want to withdraw your money back that you deposited they do everything in their power to delay everything.

Although they claimed to be regulated but their business practices are unethical. First when i opened my account with them they told me that you don't need to provide copy of Passport only DL copy is enough which is also confirmed in the email sent it to me. Afterwards when i deposited money and started trading money they disabled EUR/USD option without any reason. Dissatisfied with their performance i made withdrawal request and next day same agent called me again and asked in order to process withdrawal i have to provide passport copy, which eventually i had to provide after couple of heated argument. Then i was told to provide credit card copy with expiry and name properly shown since previous one had only partial number showing. Afterwards they found out that utility bill provided is more than 6 month old. Why didn't they properly mentioned in email what are their requirements. I am completely angry and furious with their customer service. My withdrawal is still pending which i was told will be processed in next 5 days. Ridiculous !
