2009-05-22 Update: The FPA has begin a Performance Test of this EA on a demo account.

www.PoisonRobot.com is still up and working, but when you try to download a copy, you are forwarded to the PayPal page, which warns that PayPal is NO longer accepting payments for PoisonRobot. Also, their Members Page is still up and running, but if you type in your e-Mail address and the password, it will not allow you into the Members Page, saying "Sorry, wrong email or password." I have sent two (2) unanswered e-Mails to the info@poisonrobot.com Customer Service address, but no joy. It would appear that they have pulled up stakes and have run away. Also, crossed linked to this site are the London Sunrise Robot, and the Forex Meta Robot, all of which appear to be abandoned. What we need is full prosecution of these individuals, and a judgement requiring full refunds to all victims. If you have better information on this company, please post it here. This is a painful 10 August 2011 Update. |

Poison robot is totally garbage. I saw rating on forexpeace army for this robot which was showing almost maximum PIPS and Maximum equity gain in a week and account report was also very good too with few loosing trade . So I after all I bought this robot and attached to demo account and tested 2 week, result was excellent. So without any more waiting I open live account with Forex.com and deposit $2500.00 USD. Almost I 10 hour it blow my account and left appox $750 in my account. All this happened with Money management option on in poison robot. so turned off money management and select my own lot size.Now it is almost a month amd now I have $85 USD in my account and I still try to save my money.
Poison robot 85% buy trade on opposite side. If any one with little knowledge of trade will never trade if he look at graph. Value of Pair going down and position buy that pair at top side of graph mean when price is at peak of graph I buy trade.same thing with selling.Then trade go for long time in negative direction, If you are lucky trade change to + and may be you win. On graph where it buy trade if it sell at that poison position could win trade 10 minute to 1 hour. I gurantee I will never loose a trade. This would be the mine of gold.
so over all position Team should Improve this buying and selling Position issue
so dont buy this robot. If you already bought use it as signal generator by attaching it to demo account and you trade on actual account in opposite direction of signal.
If position buy you sell on live account and vise versa with take profit 20 even more and stop loss 100 or even 20 because value always goes in negative direction you will hit take profit in one shot.

Clearly the Poison EA is not working... demo test on FPA and also the live account on poison have bad losses. I hope the poison team have enough conscience to do something about this EA. All their marketing relates to near perfect results as quoted by them.... based on this fact alone they either configure settings so it can trade in profit or reimburse.
I turned poison off a few months ago to trade manually and Im glad happy I did looking at recent results on FPA and poison website.... c'mon guys get your act together... you look silly!

Clearly this robot is just terrible....the poison "Live" account is now DOWN 2,500 after being up to 44K. You simply can't afford to go live with this sort of robot, as it is worse than gambling.
FPA should have declared this a scam when I first pointed out the discrepancies between so called live accounts, and real live results. |

I think this robot is NOT suitable for EURUSD.
Based on the record, it works more consistently with GBPUSD. I'll rather take it off EURUSD and increase the lot size for GBPUSD.
Strangely, I used it on demo on both Alpari UK and FxOpen. Alpari UK opened 3 trades so far.
FxOpen recorded NONE.
2009-06-26 No rating I noticed that the EA test by FPA for Poison Robot is excellent. Can FPA share with us their settings?

I've since had a more detailed look at the FPA Demo, and the supposed Poison "live" account. Both are I believe DEMO Alpari UK Classic accounts.
They must be Classic accounts, because the lot size is more than 2 lots (Micro can not do more than 2 lots).
I think that the Poison account is also demo because 1) No similarity with my LIVE losing Alpari classic trades. 2) The account number shown on the statement appears to be a demo number.
Maybe someone can confirm, and maybe ANYONE with LIVE accounts can post a link to mt4stats.
PS> I got margin called today on my Alpari account using Poison - very frustrating when using V2Pro and supposedly the same broker as the authors!

I run Poison on Alpari UK, just like the developers do on their 10K account at the website. I follow the same settings they have in the PDF. I get COMPLETELY different results. It does not open trades at the same times, and it does not get win after win....certainly nothing like the track record they have.
Something is not right, Trevor S which broker are you with??? |

I have been using this robot since the 1st of July. I am very impressed with the new update V2pro. I am getting one successful trade after another on a Live account. I agree with the statements on there site 100%. I use a different broker and my trades are different to the feeds, but just as impressive. |
