I have been using this broker since 2011, and I find their services are awsome , they also use to trained there new forex clients , this is one of the excellent broker I have ever seen, their deposit method are so easy their process of withdraw is so fast , this broker has not stopped my payment since 2011

I wrote to svgfsa.com (their regulator) this email:
The SFX-Markets Forex Broker (SFX GLOBAL LTD), registered under your FSA with number 22382 IBC 2014, published onto its homepage (https://www.sfx-markets.com/) "Pursuant to the AMLA investigation conducted by the regulatory authority, we regret to inform that till the end of the investigation our investors’ and company funds will be frozen.": is it true?

If you read carefully on their website.

SFX Markets is a trading name of SFX Global Ltd. registered by FSASVG. (They do not mean the same FSA of SGV)

The FSA of St V & G is by the abbreviated name SVGFSA,
http://svgfsa.com/st-vincent-the-grenadines/ and they clearly indicated that they do not regulate FX.

Its a 101% long term scam. From what i learnt of another fpa member, their bank account is closed.

They are neither registered with or regulated by any financial bodies and it is (almost) impossible to retrieve a single cent from them. i can relate that investors are just being treated like cattles with SFX markets, once you are fatten up to the max in their bank account with your investments, they eat you whole. i see an estimated loss of over 70 million usd losses, just by counting the sums in the accounts of myfxbook.

To all investors with SFX, brace yourself for the worst had happened.

I've been also scammed by SFX / Nordhill so i wonder if there's any progress with this subject?

After more than 2 months from request, no signal of being able to withdraw my money from SFX. Very frustrating. I feel I'm being scammed and will never have my money back.

I contacted the Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent & the Grenadines via web form in their website, but it's been more than 2 months, and I received NO feedback so far. Not sure if they're a serious institution that could help us in this matter.

Feb 26, 2019 - 2 Stars Joined SFX because of NordHill Capital's HAWK FX fund that only works there. The issue is I cannot withdraw the money I sent to the broker. I sent the 5k minimum to open an account to run HAWK FX, but after almost 2 years running it, I got laid off, and I needed the money to pay my bills, so I requested a withdrawal... But who says that's possible? I ordered a wire transfer, after 3 days of not receiving any answer from them, I sent them an email, and two days after, they said their bank is having issues.

After exchanging more emails, they suggested me to use the credit card withdrawal. But who says that's possible too? The status in the financial tab says processing (6 days now), which usually takes 24 hours in other brokers.

They usually take 2 - 3 days to answer emails, and very unsatisfactorily.

So, if you don't wanna get stressed out, begging them to give back your own hard earned money, don't open an account with them.

I'm feeling like an idiot for trusting them in the past.

Unable to withdrawal my deposit since Dec2018 I have tried to email them and called them .. the only reply is because is AML in Europe .... It is totally unreasonable

We are the client of SFX Markets about more than 60 investors from Malaysia can not withdraw fund from SFX markets account. Reason is SFX Global ltd (account with tallinn business bank estonia) is having audit on AML compliance according to SFX finance department.

We hope this matter can be resolved asap. We can not wait any longer. Anything happens to our fund, we will definitely seek for law enforcement authority to take action on Nordhill capital, stone gain from singapore, STG wealth and the boss Mr. Jack for misconducting and misleading.

We wish eveyone has to be careful when selecting the broker. If this broker SFX-Markets has done nothing wrong, we will always give a good comment and recommendation here.
I wish the matter can be resolved.

I made a request to withdraw my funds of US$11K+ by wire transfer on 11 Jan 2019.

About two weeks later on 23 Jan 2019, my money was still not returned to my bank account. Upon asking, SFX replied that my withdrawal request was being reviewed by compliance team.

Four weeks later on 7 Feb 2019, I asked SFX again when my withdrawal will be processed. Guess what? SFX replied that they do not know and they refused to check with their compliance department!

On 14 Feb 2019, I told SFX that if my withdrawal is still not processed, I will raise this issue at the FPA. SFX replied that they will process ASAP.

Since then, I have not heard anything from them and my funds are still not returned to me.

By any industry standard, I don't think any broker requires more than 1 month to process a withdrawal request by wire transfer. I am afraid SFX does not intend to return my funds (which are mostly made up of my deposit and some profits). Please stay away from this scam broker if you cherish your hard earned money.
