Patrice is right. He made exactly the same experience as I did months ago. You cannot use this EA in an automatic fashion without loosing money. Theoretically the EA could be applied semi-automatic fashion as follows: if you expect a reversal of a trend you could turn on the EA and - if the reversal occurs

We have sold the Profit Wizard EA to beginners, expert traders, and institutions who are successfully trading the EA. Again the platform is most likely your problem. I see in emails that you are a new trader Patrice, so I suggest you get your broker on the phone. We have provided you support through many emails and you say we have not??? We have done what we can for you.

If the problem you are having was the EA, we would get thousands of emails from clients who purchased the EA, informing us of this problem. Again, we suggest that you contact your broker, and ask them for some help, since the problem you are having is either your platform, your internet connection, or your computer.

We are sorry you are having this problem. If it was the EA, we would have fixed the EA immediately. But we are currently trading the Profit Wizard EA on our Live account (view video statements) with no problems, nor are any of our clients who purchased the EA.

Hi,

As of 2008-06-11 you sold over 6,000 Units. Barely two months later you are at over 10,000 Units. I can see that selling EA is a much more profitable business than trading (10,000 * $250USD =$250,000!).

I invested in your EA with the expectation of getting a return on my investment. So far you have failed to provide me with the support for me when it is needed. You assume that your customers have the same level of knowledge as you. From what I read in most forums, new traders are usually the one looking for EAs. Selling a products to anyone requieres a minum of business ethic and for me your company does not have it.

Your EA so far is not good on a DEMO account. Do you really think I will try it on my live account? Can you explain why I should I should do it?

We contacted different brokers including the majors and MT4 directly about trouble Manfred and Patrice had. Since we are NOT having trouble on our LIVE or demo account trading the Profit Wizard EA.

Both stated that demo accounts depending on internet connection can cause problems. Since demo accounts get the least priority over LIVE accounts. I stated the countries Manfred and Patrice live in and both basically said the same thing. A LIVE account is a whole separate server and gets priority on trades. Demo is the least priority and different countries have different connections. But both said this will not affect live accounts.

Again we have only had 5 out of over 10,00 sold that had problems on their demo account. NONE have had problems on their LIVE accounts.

This is the reason we suggest contacting the broker each client uses. The broker has control over the servers that allow the EA trades to execute. All brokers we contacted said they can help any clients that are having execution problems.

On many occasions we tried to Help Patrice Fusenig with the EA. We have tested the EA on Alpari and InterbankFX with proper entrances and exits. We said refer to your broker since they have control and would know why the platform is not working right. The Profit Wizard EA has no problem.

We have sold this EA to over 10,000 traders and on 5 occasions did we have trouble. On all occasions it was due to the broker platform that the broker fixed.

Patrice, we tried our best to help and will help you in the future. As for threats, we are not in business to be threatened. We sent you many email explaining solutions. Sorry you felt it was not enough.

As for Strategy barn's EA, it is Terrible! To begin with, Customer Support is something Unknown to them. You Must warn them of filling a complainte with Paypal or posting a review on FPA in order for someone to reply! Their favorite reply is "Contact your Broker!" right after they pocket your funds! As for the performance of this EA, I use it on a Demo account, I can count on TWO fingers how many trades were profitable!! The timing is OFF. It enters trades too late and rarely in the right direction! I use it on all time frames and on most currency pairs. I really expected some good out of it. I got better result with FREE EA posted on MT4 library.

I was warn by them that posting here will cut me off their customer support list, but I guess I already lost my money so maybe I can warn others.

Manfred, we have sold over 6000 Profit Wizard EAs and not 1 person had the same problem as you described. I suggest you contact your broker since it must be due to your platform.

As for your results, they vary per person. People who have bought the Profit Wizard EA have told us they achieve more pips and sometimes less. But many say they quit their day jobs and trade the EA FULL TIME.

I tested the Profit Wizard EA now throughout the month of may. Then I sent the resulting paper statement which indicated a monthly loss of about 400 pips - together with screen shots covering the whole testing period - and asked them for an explanation. In addition I pointed out that they are cheating in their video statements in not showing the REAL trend indicator (as seen on the screen shots). I did not receive any reply.
