After seeing the good ratings I decided to apply for an account online. I submitted the documents online as per their system and decided to try their service too by phoning them asking them their processing time of my application.
Despite claiming 24/7 service I simply get no one answering my call, after holding the wait tone for 3 minutes I decided to try emailing them via their web-email-form, after some 8 hours I still get no answer.
Finally I tried their web-instant-messaging also claiming 24-7 service, I still get no service, no one is answering. Worst part being that after requesting `English` service and expects messaging to route to Netherland (this is what Strato is based in, isn`t it?), it routes me to China?! It tells me I should email an email address in China because no one is on the messaging system....

A broker needs to be good in spread, liquidity and repay funds. So Stratomarkets is good. I am customer for 4 months, and no problem at all. They now have license from Holland authorities, so the money is secure

I took an Stratomarkets a few months back after trying several others. I am very happy with their service, both in spreads and helpdesk. A witdrawal was settled quicky, not problem at all. Definitely a good broker.

STRATO Pro account has absolutely the lowest trading cost for my EA. Now, not many brokers offer fixed spreads, which my EA requires.
