WARNING: Craig Karlis is facing forex fraud charges brought by the SEC for another company he was associated with.

SummerStreetFx is in the USA, but is not NFA registered. They claim not to need this since they are associated with SunSpot Capital Management (an SEC registered firm) through Revere Capital Management. GallantFx.com claims that this is not correct, since Gallant claims they have an exclusive arrangement with Sunspot.

Under the circumstances, the FPA recommends against dealing with this company or any other company associated with Craig Karlis until these issues can be resolved.

April 2011 Update: Website now redirects to fxhighsummit.com and returns the message "A username and password are being requested by http://www.fxhighsummit.com. The site says: "Michael Ralph John Andrew Alanna David Only""

It looks like this company is probably out of business.

AS OF 2011 SUMMERSTREETFX can not be reached! Sovereign Bank of Boston MA.(617-476-7981, travis Draper 617-488-2200, Tech Support24/7 866-512-3482, Revere Capital Mgmt 617-228-5740) ALL RESULT IN disconnectrd, can not be dialed or three beebs then nothing,Not to mention that summerstreetfx .com can't be found by windows!

I wired money for the management by summerstreetFX, to Revere Capital Management, they claimed that they would be the custodian of my funds, my investor number is #500007. I have been trying to in touch with someone who claimed to be Travis Draper

I have not gotten any response, I receive periodically emails from FX High Summit who I have been trying to contact, I will be writing on this at any opportunity I get on the web and emailing the SEC until I hear from theses companies about my investment and the return of my funds since I sent in a fax to the company requesting the return of my funds a few weeks ago. I am not sure what the next steps should be I would appreciate getting some advice on how I may proceed. I will be approaching FX High Summit about the return of my funds since I have been receiving emails from support@fxhighsummit.com.....
