YOU SIMPLY CANNOT MAKE ANY MONEY HERE, AND ARE LUCKY TO EVEN GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK

I have been waiting over 4 months for a withdrawal of £5,000. I have tried numerous attempts to contact TraderXP directly: through my 'account manager' SHON (Sean) PARK; by calling customer services; by emailing customer services.

Sean Park insists he is not in control of withdrawals (but never tells me who is); customer services promise the withdrawal within a week but then cancel the pending request without explanation; a lady at customer services via email seemed to be helping me but is now ignoring my emails completely.

I've had to re-request my withdrawal 4 times now because they cancel it for no reason.

According to their own T&Cs there should be no reason why my withdrawal request has not been accepted.

I opened an account with www.traderxp.com and deposited $249 on 30 Oct 2013. Now my account balance is $234 and i made withdrawal request of $234 on 9th may 2014 but traderxp did not approve my withdrawal. I have contacted traderxp.com many times but there is no response from them. Please help me to get my money back.

I started trading with Trader XP in June 2013, speaking with Danny Brown, a trader from the company, who would help me make winning trades and persuaded me to invest €2000 to be able to build up my account balance and reach a gold memebership level.

Everything was fine until I requested to withdraw my deposit of €2000. I had (and still do have) a balance of over €7000 euros, but I was aware that becase of TraderXP's strict rules on profits accrued from bonuses, I wasn't entitled to withdraw anymore than that.
Initially, Danny Brown said that this was no problem, and that I would have to send an image of my credit card to facilitate the withdrawal. I did so, and from that moment on, he and Trader XP customer service refused to answer me.

I've sent many, many emails, directly and through the website chat function, spent a long time waiting on hold on the phone, and yet there is no response.

I have spent three months trying to speak with someone, but it is clear they do not want to return my money, and they won't speak with me.

I would say to anyone thinking of putting money into Trader XP, stay well away. It seems great at the beginning until you want your money back and then you'll never hear from them again.

The FPA is pleased to announce that this issue has been resolved.
I opened my account on 23 May 2013, today is 1 August 2013 and i am still waiting for my 180 USD withdrawal. Been pure frustration since i made withdrawal request on 30 May 2013. Very tough company to deal with.
