No one will read your messages or care about your requests and they will restart your server without your permission and without fixing your problem , and their technical team will not care about what you are sending
I lost money because of them . and I am really angry .

at first i had some lag / lost connection to server issues in the beginning but was responsive in trying to figure out what the issue was .... but none found on their end i chalked it up to middle man hand-off delay's. .. but now i've had no issues ... server runs great execution time is great, .. support is quick to get back to you and solves any issues compared to my past VPS & dedicated server providers

I never leave reviews but feel compelled to do it for this company as they have blown my mind with Customer Service and Support.

Andrius is an incredible Support Guy who has taught me so much and has been so patient as I have been learning how to manage my MT4 Business on a larger scale.

He has been an absolutel God Send with his tips and suggestions on how to run my business smarter. I have never experienced Customer Service like this. He has gone way beyond his call of duty to help me, which is why I am writing this review.

When I read reviews like this I quite often think that the company has paid for such good reviews but in all honestly I can not recommend these guys more highly!

I now have total peace of mind knowing that my business is in good hands, afterall, if you are in the business of hosting MT4s, then without a reliable Hosting Company you have zero security.

Do yourself a favor and just go with these guys!!!

I had some issues login in to my VPS, after trying everything I could think of, I contacted support, the guys were fantastic the were very patient and worked through the problem trying a number of fixes, but It still didn't work.
They suggested I upgrade to Windows 10.
So I decided to purchase a new computer as the old one would't allow me to update Windows and there were a number of other problems as well.
Any way I was blown away when I received a couple of emails to follow up and see if they could help me if I was still having problems.
Normally Help desks don"t give a dam.
Anyway all is well and I'm back trading on my new computer.

The team provided top quality service in their VPS servers. I am currently using the dedicated server and it has been a life saver with testing multiple strategies on different terminals. And the customer service people are very helpful also! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a VPS.

One year ago I had a huge plan to trade the markets, a dedicated server for about 160 terminals! My plan did not work........ so i called VPSForexTrader to downgrade.
I told them my situation and they were very helpfull, the sevices of this company are great. I asked them to downgrade the server i had and that was no problem, the server i have now is for less terminals then i had and it is extended to the end of September, (It was due in march) i do not even have to pay more money.
If you want a vps plan, just go to VPSForexTrader, they are great.

this is one of the few brokers that offer such terms. Moreover, you can also trade from the iPad, android and iPhone, and not only from a computer or a laptop. Funds withdrawal takes up to 3 days, sometimes instantly, depending on the situation, according to the rules - up to 3 days.

TLDR;
So, to contextualize our review: We are a startup that provide AI supercharged forex signal that rocks is a SaSS way. Has we want to create a full automated service to provide VPS to our customers (around 60 news vps/month ), we challenge many of major players in the cloud VPS field with no real result, some answers from them was "Go to our docs ReadTheFuckingManual" or simply ... no answer !
We was desperate (not Housewife but almost... ) !
In a video from Rimantas, about EA Coder's Signal Magician (another awesome system, review later) , the name of VPSForexTrader appear.
Just a quick hand shake through in-site chat, and they take our request really . seriously ! Next day, on a live talk with AK (not his real name but how knows ...) it was almost too good to be true.
Everything was done in less than on week, automated deployment, based on our custom image disk (make by their service) with 4 MT4 and our home made EA ! With the VPSForexTrader approach, no shutdown, no update on a week, performance oriented, fair prices !

Good reliable service, very prompt and efficient response to queries, excellent and knowledgeable support, easy to set up and use too.

I just ordered a FX dedicated server from them.
I'm having problem to configure the MT4 instances and they are so patient to guide me thru the process.

And their price for the FX dedicated server is one of the lowest in the industry.
