I have meet there team in several events in Lebanon during the last 2 years and what i mostly like is their honesty. They tell you what they can offer you and what they cannot. Trading conditions on Mini & Mega, are perfect. I trade standard and mini lots on mega account and I use mini to trade micro lots.

Average broker in my opinion. Spreads are average, execution is o.k.
I did not like the fact that accounts are only in USD although they are located in Europe. When I opened an account, my EUR transfer was exchanged into USD for quite a bad rate, same when I withdrew funds back into EUR. However money withdrawal was quick. Traders of EURO-zone better use other brokers offering EUR accounts.

Adding to my previous review.
I have 2 x live accounts with Windsor for many months.
Everything is fine, though I have yet to make a withdrawal.
I am impressed that when price has come close to my stop and price reverses, they have not "Taken Me Out" as is my experience with other broker.
If you open a micro account be aware that each trade is limited to 5 micros and the mini is limited to 5 minis per trade. You can put on several trades if you wish to trade larger amount.
You can trade micro on a mini account, so in hindsite would have been better for me to open 2 x minis ( have one micro and one mini account).
I find execution very good and have had no problems.
I really like this - Windsor email you a record of your trades on a daily basis - but only on the days you trade - AND Windsor sends out a monthly report to you by email with all the trades taken in that month. Really nice!
2011-01-14 3Star I have the Multi Terminal downloaded and have downloaded the manual PDF. Have opened two demo accounts and both are working perfectly within the terminal. So far everything is great and I have had no trouble placing demo trades. Study is required to learn the software but that is normal with every broker.
The idea of having more than one account is very appealing to me and - though I have searched many brokers - this is the first I have seen to have them all together in one piece of software. Brilliant!
And it has a good rating here on Peace Army.
Have traded with other broker that has fluctuating spreads and been stung more than once (5 pips go to 18 pips within fraction of a second). Youch! Will post again when real account is traded.

I have tried their Demo mini account, but it seems that my EAs on this demo do not work properly (I currently use these AEs with other 4 Brokers and they run smoothly and as expected, maybe Windsor does not like Grids?).
So far not encouraged to open a real account with Windsor , but available to change my opinion if AEs will run as expected....
I have been trading with these guys for three months now and I can say I am impressed so far.Tight spreads on majors like EUR/USD goes up to 1 pip on a mini a/c in normal hours!, but mostly 2pips,a/c opening in 24hours,friendly and professional customer and sales support,kudos to one Elizabeth in sales.The orders are filled at the exact price once hit regardless of volatility.I f u make a loss on a trade while trading with Windsor, look inward don't apportion blame to the broker unless otherwise it is a peculiar issue,raise it with them.My hope is that they remain professional and efficient going forward.

I have opened an acct with windsor for about two months now, and in my estimation, they are generally a decent broker. Have not had any problem with them, execution very fast,excellent customer support and professionalism...the only negative side is on the area of spread. If you are like me who trades anything that moves, be prepared to pay for spreads as high as 20+ pips. I once paid that on GBP/NZD pair, but that is not much of a problem if you are a profitable trader, but compared to other brokers, that is just too high. Looking forward to when windsor will see reasons to work on reducing their spreads....easily, I will rate them best and refer friends to them when that happens

I have an IB of some brokers and a full time Forex trader.
They got the best support team with no doubt, even in the Saturdays and Sundays they support you!
