xocharts.com Review

I purchased the XOCharts software to use with MS Excel thinking I could use it to create point & figure charts for the FOREX with the .csv upload. I have had numerous problems with the software (it worked fine during the TEST before you buy time). I have tried to contact the support forum site but it continously says: "The support forum is temporarily down but will hopefully be back up in a few days." I am very unhappy with their service and I'm afraid my $25 is lost(it is not as much as some lose....but it is still $25). Watch out for this site. If I finally get support I will update this review.
