Hi,

I bought this service with the premise that money back guarantee if profits were less than 30%.
I paid $1200.00 USD for using the service from 23/07/2012 - 22/10/2012 .
I lost about 60% of my hard earned money in less than 30 days and she stopped the signal service from Sep 1st.
She told me she would give me only $600.00 USD back. I tried to complain with Paypal but I didnt have any success, then I emailed Tradecopy to proceed with the refund but nobody answers my emails.

I had a look at the statement presented via myfxbook for this system. It looks like the problem is a problem inherent with most of these trade copier systems . IE. very difficult for the same results to be replicated as you have to take into account internet lag time and of course any slippage on your own platform.
If the trader that was doing these trades ( if it is not a robot and im not convinced of that right now) was doing less trades with better planning rather than taking lots of trades with a very small amount of pip gain per trade then a trade copier might work,

I think you need to invite them here and let them explain why they havent kept to their "guarantee"...

Don't know why you people continue falling for those service companies!

Why should you pay 1200$ for a service. Hadn't you thought of learning trading before investing or in other words throwing your money into Scam service company promises!!?

First Learn Trading on a demo, then open a live account with a regulated broker.
