Contacting Members.

Is there no way of contacting members of the forums?

When I check profiles, I see no way to contact anyone?

I , at times, would like to PM to moderators or sergeants, and, can not find a way to do so.

We had some incidents where people signed up and started using PMs to spam people. To keep that from happening, PMs are only available once you reach the rank of Private.

Great Idea, I could have predicted that spam topic.

I could have seen the spam coming from a million miles away LOL
Good idea, unfortunate though that it has to be that way to protect people against others trying to mess things up.
