I have been following this thread and being an Trader for many years, I can tell you that Banc de Binary is a scam. Pay attention to what BigT1 says, he is completely correct and absolutely knows what he is talking about. Whatever you do, DO NOT EVEN CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM! They will steal your money and your identity. BANC DE BINARY and the others are all SCAMS. Oren Laurent and cohorts are all theives. If you watch that sham video of his supposedly getting some sort of fake award, you can watch him reading a script during that B.S. interview. That whole video is a sham including the set of the London Stock Exchange. Anybody can make up something to look like that. THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

If you really want to trade Binary options, get an account with a reputable company located within the United States. Go to any NFA regulated broker and get a free demo account.

Please don't get scammed by BANC DE BINARY and Oren Laurent. I can't say it enough BANC DE BINARY IS A SCAM! Should be called BUNK de Binary.

I see the video was made with a demo account. A lot of Binary Options brokers, including Banc de Binary, won't even give someone access to a demo account unless money is deposited first.

Can either side post a picture of the disputed office in NY. That should make it easier to tell if it's a real office with real company employees or just a virtual office.

Someday, I'm going to visit the virtual office of my own company.

Trump Tower has a Virtual Office service. This is probably their office. I already have an account with them and I am completely dissatisfied. I strongly propose to stay AWAY FROM THEM.

Dear Jack,
I am one of your customers and I am in the trading business for 6 years. I invest with 3 more brokers and I have never seen something like that before.
My outcome is that your service is completely unacceptable due to specific reasons which I plan to post in the next couple of days. The bottom line is that I cannot get my money back because I signed the bonus agreement which, by the way, I haven't use at all. But when I signed this bonus terms and conditions I was not expecting such an unacceptable service. I think that it is a matter of goodwill to return my money back, which I don't think that you have.

Since they claim to have a virtual office, you could file a complaint with IC3.gov

They also say they are Cysec regulated. Cysec is another place you can complain.

How did you deposit your money? If by bank wire, talk to your bank. If by credit card, talk to the issuing bank. Asking for the fraud department may work wonders.

Just a remark about this bank of cheat and its friends Very few brokers of who offer options trading are regulated.

It is true that Nadex is a good example to deal with if you want to trade options, heard of this name( do not remember exactly where) from few months ago.
Checked its website first(regulation, organization..etc)and its demo account trading(platform), found that it's totally different than the most others.

Others oblige you to deposit an amount if you want to trade options with its platform, even if you demo trade with them first without using your live account!!! With an excuse 'to check if you are serious' What a manipulated excuse that cheats nobody or maybe only a moro***

An easy way to track those companies scam is that they look similar, same platform style with slight difference in design, as if they copy each other or they are under the ruling of one big company or something(who knows)!!

Honestly, post 60 was expressed in my sentence "It is true that Nadex is a good example to deal with" but about the first look at Nadex, actually I got Nadex info few months ago, if my memory don't let me down, during google searching through regulated and best option trading companies to open an account with.

I'm having problems with Banc de Binary and want to sound a warning to anyone thinking of putting money into this company.
I've been trying to withdraw funds for over a week now and they put me trrough a repeated verification process with dragged out for days as they kept asking me for the same documents already sent.
Eventually I got verified, but now the withdrawal page on their site is not operable. When I try to withdraw it just shows me my history.
I sent a complaint to their accounts dept. drawing their attention to the withdrawal page not working but have hsd no reply in 24 hours.
I've also had a text conversation with their online support who eventually gave up and told me to contact Support.
I would suggest caution to anyone considering putting funds in as they seem to stalling on the withdrawals and may be in trouble.
