Need a In Chart MACD Indicator, someone help pls

Hi,
I would like to have the In Chart MACD indicator which helps me to watch bullish /bearish stop grabbers like in Sive's daily videos, If anyone cannot post it here can you let me know where to find it and what to search for on the internet, or PM it to me

Also The Exponential MACD Indicator Sive uses on the Charts is great, any pointers on how to get it ?

I have attached snaps from the weekly analysis with the said indicators

I do like thats indicator MACD with two line , friendly speaking im not really good in copy n paste so could someone please help,to show me step by step how to copy the particular indicator right to my MT4 terminal......
