Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.dgbwebdesign.com

My Case is: I joined this mentoring service 18 months ago. many promises were made of showing a mechanical method through a structured teaching programme with live trades and setups. also it clearly states in the contract he will show us his method of "identifying support and resistance to the micro pip". absolute baloney, he did no such thing. he just made support and resistance lines up as he went along (no mechanical approach at all just some rubbish random lines he could never explain) the whole teaching method was a shambles and no one understood what on earth he was going on about half the time. I later found out he is simply a fruit and veg salesman by trade (everything is explained further in my FPA review). the owner despite many opportunities and promises (I gave him 18 months to sort his act out and sent 100s of emails) has continually failed to deliver. he has shown zero evidence he is actually a trader despite promises he would show some evidence and he doesn't have any rules that make any sense. an absolute shambolic experience as per my review. he also told another member recently that his videos (trader teacher on youtube) were all fakes, not even based on his trading method and that he can't find any setups, which has angered me even more. I think the least he should do is be named and shamed and also offer us all a refund, he has broken all the terms of his contracts.

New thread in the Scam Alerts Folder:

Review is submitted by James on 08/29/12

The company was first contacted about the issue on 07/04/12 the last contact was on 09/13/12

Details: after constant questioning about the validity of his methods i was told by darryl the company owner that people would be "depressed and horrified" if they knew the trades he was taking! no idea why he said this to me but it really made me realise what a con man he was. i sent several emails telling him i was unhappy and i would expose him on FPA if he did not sort his act out. he said he would make changes to his service and provide evidence he was a true trader and that he would teach us his "mechanical method" properly. instead the opposite has happened, he has turned his skype off, stopped returning messages and answering questions and just given every excuse under the sun for why he there are "no trades at present". despite wild claims on his twitter feed (@traderteacher) and youtube channel (trader teacher) that he trades 25 trades a week with 100% win rates, as soon as i exposed him 2-3 months ago he has shut those channels down, and stopped making videos and tweets (surprise surprise) as much an admission of a scam as there can be.

Company representatives' emails: Darryl Bywater <darryl@dgbwebdesign.com>

Looks like there are plenty of details posted on this one. I suggest contacting the company and issuing an invitation to join the discussion.

An invitation with a link to the thread in Scam Alerts has been sent. Let's see if he replies or not.

Please post the new versions of the evidence files as attachments to a reply in this thread. So far, the company has not responded. Once all the evidence is in place, this can be moved to the Open Cases folder.

Hi deejaynv-
Man this does not sound good at all, this does ''sound'' like a con artist/scam -am so glad you brought this to our attention- so we are all warned regarding this dgbwebdesign - he may have no idea that tens of thousands of traders even more potential traders are reading this but believe me we do - It sickens me to my stomach when incompetent rip off merchants like he looks to be, do this. I hope FPA may get some resolve for you quickly that at least this 'firm' gives you your money back and you can move on.
Thanks for letting us know and i wish you the best of luck

Thanks for bringing this to my notice. Yes, these sort of scam artists need to be exposed. I would recommend exploring options to open a channel on YouTube where these sort of people operate and expose them right under their very noses. It can be worked out. Thanks again for everyone's sakes.

I do not see any option to vote....where do you vote ??

Threads are usually put up for public discussion the week before the voting option is added. This gives the company another chance to post their side of the issue or to work something out with their client before voting begins.

Most companies don't take advantage of this opportunity.

It also gives everyone else a chance to ask questions or share what they know.
