UPDATE: Good news for me at least:
"Dear Customer,
This is to let you know that the mentioned orders have been successfully voided.
Best Regard"

I just checked my ECN account and the money is back, seems like they really did have some technical issues. I'm so glad this is over, since the last 4 days were hell on earth for me...

Hello FPA Community

Yesterday my account got wiped out and I'm not sure if I got scammed or not...
I had 0.10lot with 100:1 Leverage for silver trade open at 34.004 with maybe -20$ profit.
Suddenly it goes -820$ (within a second or two)
I get this message as soon as it happens:

Please be hereby advised that your trade has been closed partially (0.45 lots out of 0.10) at the price 33.638.

and this:

Dear Client

Take profit level for Order # has been canceled.

Best Regards,
Broker

Now 820$ are gone and I still have and order open for silver with -40$

After a few minutes it went up to 400+ for 5 or so seconds

So I'm thinking at least I get half of the 800 back, however the cancel/close button was grayed out and I couldn't close it so I've send them an email to close it.

I saw this mourning that the order is finally closed with no profit or loss, the 820$ are gone.

I am still in shock and don't understand how a 0.10 lot can go -820 within a second
This was on the same day as I deposited on a newly made ECN account with this broker...

I was looking for a spike like that on other brokers however I don't see price dropping to 33.638 anywhere. Maybe you can
check with your brokers as well.

PS: Guys I'm very sorry for my poor English If you want me to clarify something more, go ahead and ask please.

Hmmmm I'm thinking you took 1lot(100000) and not a 0.10lot(10000) going by your loss

I do see a spike on friday(if this is the day you are referring to)where if you went long @ close of green candle(yellow arrow H1 chart) you could have been filled @ 34.004 and been wiped out at the price your broker has given 33.638 on next red candle H1

P.S. I have attached H1 chart and M1 chart of where I am referring to this is biggest spike on friday where you could have entered the trade and received margin call in about 16min or so going off the prices you have given

Thank you for taking your time and looking at it Dkami.

Judging by the message that I got from broker I had a 0.10 lot

"Dear Customer,

Please be hereby advised that your trade No.XXXXXX has been closed partially (0.45 lots out of 0.10) at the price 33.638."

Here I made a screenshot showing when it happened and the lowest price that I can see on the graph at that point of time.

0.45 out of 0.1? I think it's time to have a chat with your broker about how that's possible.

I got this email on friday after I asked them to close that "strange" leftover 0.55 out of 0.1 trade that I couldn't close:

"Dear Vitaliy,
Thank you for your letter.
This is to let you know that our preliminary analysis indicates that there might be a technical problem. Therefore, your issue has been forwarded to our Technical Support Department for further examination.
As soon as we get their conclusion, we shall be clarify this issue to you.
Kind Regards"

I still hope that this was a technical problem and I will get a refund...am I being unrealistic?

I'll wait another day or two for their reply then I will reveal the brokers name and add a review to FPA.

I want to find a way to do that on successful trades. I want to close a 0.1 lot 100 pips in profit and then get more volume added to my trade. :p

waiting could take a few more days than that. give them at least a week to resolve things, if indeed there were tech issues on their end

Same thing happened to me on ECN account during Canada employment news.. I got 400pips slippage on EUR/CAD where I had to close 10000$ loss.. I called the broker and thanks god they marked it as misprice. The trade was cancelled...
