Mike Arnold began trading 20 years ago after graduating from Northwestern University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Immediately after graduating, he went down to the trading floors in Chicago and received an internship where he learned how to be an Options Market Maker. He traded as a market maker in Chicago and overseas in Europe. Since leaving the trading floors, he has help develop multiple trading strategies for both trading firms and hedge funds. He has also been a partner in a Stat Arb and Pairs trading training firm in addition to leading the development teams for multiple trading applications and also served as the Chief Technology Officer for 2 different firms. Since 1995, Mike has been involved in teaching and training traders. Besides his trading background, he also has Advanced Hypnotherapy Certifications from 3 different accrediting bodies as well as holding a Master Practitioner certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming. These certifications along with his diverse trading background has enabled Mike to successfully mentor and coach many traders in various different styles of trading.

Bob Iaccino spent the last 20 years in the commodities, futures and Forex markets. Bob got his start in 1992 by joining Nikko Securities (Japan’s second largest brokerage house at the time) as a phone clerk. Showing great aptitude for the industry, Bob was promoted to assistant market strategist by early 1994 and Chief Market Strategist by 1996, with his analysis being sent to hundreds of trader’s in the US, Europe and Asia. Bob’s analysis became well known throughout the firm and with the firm’s clients for insight into trader outlook and market tone. Bob left Nikko in 1997 to serve as Chief Market Strategist for Commerzbank Futures, the brokerage arm of Germany’s 4th largest bank at that time. Bob was again distributing his research and insight on trader outlook to the bank’s traders and clients as well as trading the markets. Bob left Commerzbank in 2003 to become Chief Market Strategist for a proprietary trading firm based in Chicago, who gave him the opportunity to run his own commodity pool. This local firm had over 100 traders that relied on Bob’s analysis to help them in their daily trading. During this time, he also gave internal seminars on trading psychology and proper trader disciplines and mindsets. Bob has also served as a Principal and member of the investment committee for a futures and Forex based Fund of Funds, where his responsibilities included trader-style analysis and manager selection. He was 1/2 of a 2 person committee charged with discovering “start-up” managers.
