RESOLVED - 4XP failure to provide account withdrawal

I have a forex trading account with 4XP. I attempted to withdraw all the funds from my account as I rarely used it. There were no trades active at the time. The following sequence of events details the problem.

Oct 22, 2012 : Email acknowledgement received after online withdrawal to credit card via 4XP website.

Oct 22, 2012 : Email received from Oren Einstein of 4XP stating that funds can't be sent back to credit card. Moneybookers account suggested.

Oct 22, 2012 : I replied that I had tried a Moneybookers withdrawal but I received the message "MB not available" from the 4XP withdrawal page.

Oct 22, 2012 : Received email from Oren Einstein asking for Moneybookers account details and print screen. The email ended with a promise to "get it done".

Oct 22, 2012 : The requested details of my Moneybookers account were sent to Oren Einstein.

Nov 6, 2012 : I sent an email to Oren Einstein asking for an explanation after I confirmed that the withdrawal had not been done. No further correspondence has been received either from Oren Einstein or 4XP.

The amount involved is relatively small being $505 USD. But it is the principle that counts, this being my money and not 4XP's.
 
Unfortunately, you are dealing with a totally unregulated broker.

In this case, not very weird why the broker do not accept your same deposit payment method to be the withdrawal method despite it states allows that.
Why should it just be MB withdrawal method if it allows Bank Wire & others too??

Send a new email to 'Oren' asking what happened to your withdrawal request and inform him about this thread open case to explain his point of view publicly.

Remember to leave your rate on the broker FPA review page.
 
Definitely agree - leave a 1 star review and send a link to this thread to Oren and every other email address you have for 4xp. Let's see if they notice.
 
Thank you for your advice. I have sent an email to 4XP Customer Support and Orene Einstein as suggested. I have also given 4XP a 1 star rating.

I requested withdraw on 12th November today is 20th November still i didn't get my withdraw. Really 4xp is a bad broker

Go to the broker FPA review page give it a rate and come back to Scam Folder to open a case with your full proofs if the broker don't reply to you.
 
Mohaan, also start your own thread here in Scam Alerts. One thread per trader issue makes it easier to see which issues are resolved and which ones aren't.
 
Well, I actually have some good news to report regarding my 4XP account withdrawal. A very helpful 4XP representative (Sarah) sent an email explaining that my complaint on this site had been read and that she was ready to assist. Sarah went on to explain that the person that I was dealing with had left the company.

Another helpful 4XP person (Karen) emailed that my account withdrawal would be processed as requested. I have just confirmed that the withdrawal funds have been deposited into my Moneybookers account as promised. I think that 4XP deserves a boost to their star rating. ;)
