    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I am having an issue with a company
Could you share the correspondence with MetaQuotes? That would increase people's confidence that there really was an issue reported and fixed.

I asked our specialists. They told that it's impossible to find the messages from Metaquotes. This correspondence was held more than 1 year ago. Moreover we changed our email programm several months ago.

Yesterday I replied at once. But when my answer was published I was told by our IT specialist that he would try to find this correspondence.
So let's wait a little bit.
 
While waiting on your IT specialist, please go ahead and email MetaQuotes. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to know for certain if there ever really was a method to somehow "force" MT4's backend to accept incorrect prices or not.
