Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

I am having an issue with a company
Please calculate your words. I was your trader....I am not a PR guy...but you deserve this : IFC MARKETS is SCAM. You just scammed me with 4k. And what you presented us as a proof is nothing more than a edited doc. Sorry scammer!

To everybody who is interested I can send an email with that picture of a very big size so you will be able to see that it is not an edited document. Sebytim, publish here your trading history and we'll see that your robot lost all your profits when it started to open positions at right prices. We are waiting for your screenshot.

I don't have to prove nothing here. You are the one who placed a couple of trades on my account to remove in that way all my profits!!
So who's the scammer ??

My young friend you're the coolest man I've ever seen. This is a decent post of a real trader :D Such people like you and Sebytim are called black PR men and are known very well.

Every google user who will find this thread will understand clearly why Sebytim's profits were recalculated.

1. I am not your friend, really!

2. I am much older than you!

3. I am not 'cool'!

4. You are not a programmer, you are something with no life experience!

5. I know how GOOGLE is working! Their robots will crawl this webside and what everybody will find in the searches first is:

IFC MARKETS is the biggest SCAM BROKER which I have ever seen!!!

And this would be there No.1 forever!

I also cannot understand how your company is able to employ somebody like you!? This shows its unprofessionalism!!!

Without the missing proof of even the possibility to manipulate MT4 from the client end, the logical explanation for this would be that IFC spotted a profitable trader and manipulated the price feed to his account. I have heard of two easy ways for a bad broker to do this.

1. The Virtual Dealer Plugin is reported to allow specific accounts to get "special" settings.
2. Specific accounts can be routed to a manual dealing desk.

I have a Pharaoh Challenge for IFC's representative. So far, no individual or company has yet met one of these challenges, so I'm going to provide you with 2 options to make it easier for you.

By 5 PM New York Time on Monday, February 25th, 2013, do one of the following:

1. Show some real and convincing evidence that there was a flaw in the MT4 backend that allowed for any client to manipulate prices in the way you accuse Sebytim of doing.

2. Quit trotting out that excuse and pay Sebytim.

Ahh its like war going on IN this THREAD I like the Pharaoh Challenge so much, Lets see what will be reply from IFC Markets

1. Why don't you want Sebytim show some real and convincing evidence? What can I give you except a screenshot I wonder? I gave it in the post 11. I am ready that nobody here believes me bacause I am a broker representative, I am like your enemy dear traders :D
2. We can not pay for hucking our company.

You can have as many Challenges as you like. Again let's be fair and ask Sebytim to publish here his trading history. I have his history too but I can not publish it because of privacy policy. Every forum user knows that if one has a complaint he has to give any proofs. No proofs - complaint is baseless.

It's strange that you do not want to prove your words. According to the screenshot provided by me in the post 11 just answer my question (just YES or NO):
do you agree that your robot opened Buy positions at Bid price and closed them at Ask price?

I have no trading history saved. Do u think i still have your platform after you stolen my money ?
And i see you insist i have to prove something or to show something.
Remember that you confirmed you removed my profits through trades placed by your staff !??
So should i prove what ?

You are so stupid man...and all that you are doing here is to confirm to everybody what a trustable broker is IFC Markets.

Let's take a closer look at your "evidence" in post 11.

A. Looks like IFC Markets is using the Virtual Dealer Plugin.
B. Many orders show requotes. This shows that the IFC Markets MT4 backend was quite capable of rejecting orders where the price was wrong - be that due to price movement during volatility or due to some magical price manipulation EA.

Sebytim says he traded honestly. How do you expect him to prove that when all IFC Makets has to do is make a completely unsupported allegation of price manipulation.

Have you ever upgraded your copy of Windows? Guess what? If you read the details on those updates, they explain what sort of improvements were made and what flaws were fixed. Actually, quite a few software companies do this. I just update some other software a couple hours ago and saw similar information about security flaws being plugged.

Is it the official position of IFCMarkets that MT4's backend had a huge security hole, MetaQuotes fixed it, and then made absolutely no documentation of any sort regarding this issue available to brokers?

Without some documentation from MetaQuotes, your claim sounds very much like a lame excuse to take money away from an innocent trader. Now you seem unwilling to even bother trying to document the claim.

If you really believe your own story, stop complaining that I'm anti-broker. I've had more than one trader accuse me of being a paid shill for a broker when I pointed out that their issues were not the broker's fault. Instead of trying to make up another BS conspiracy theory, get on the phone with MetaQuotes and get them to tell you where the documentation is.

Or, winge on about how mean I am being to you and fail the Pharaoh Challenge by default.
