Currency Strength and Weakness for Monday 25th February 2013

I note that you have not included GBP/USD in your short list. There is no doubt that GBP is currently the weakest currency on the block and USD is currently one of the strongest. Is there any reason for its exclusion?

Apart from that I am in total agreement with you and have registered to join your webinar.

Thanks Andrew

This is a new thing you are doing.
Is this just temporary or are you going to be making regular daily posts to FPA from now on?
I get my source for currency strength / weakness from FINVIZ.COM: Forex It seems pretty consistent with what you are saying and your calls have been pretty consistent with what the market is doing. So thanks for your daily tips and again I wonder ... 'how long will you be doing this for?'

Hi George,

I couldn't see enough overall USD strength yesterday to justify looking for Sell trades on the GBP/USD.

Regards
Andrew

Hi John,

I have traded like this and taught my clients like this for some time. However my analysis being posted here on FPA is new. I will be posting here each day where ever possible so I hope you gain some benefit from my ideas. I don't know of the site you are referring to but I've just had a quick look. It's hard to know when they start their new day or if the information changes during the day?

My analysis is all taken off what I see on the charts and is valid for 24 hours.

I hope this helps.
Andrew

I don't have CAD-CHF but I think I am safe to say, as a follow up, every other pair did exactly opposite of the forecast; no need to post a chart, check your own.

Hi The Snowman,

Just to let you know that the CAD/CHF was a perfect trade for my clients on the D1 charts using my strategy. There were also several other opportunities to go short depending upon what time frame charts you prefer.

As for the other pairs, there were several good opportunities throughout the day to trade in the directions that I suggested.

I'm not sure if you have read my suggestions correctly from reading your comments. I am not saying which direction the pair will end up closing in compared to the open. Instead I am saying that I am preferring to look for trades in the given direction. If the overall direction I suggest is incorrect overall as with Monday's suggestions, then there are simply less trade opportunities. As I also clearly stated Monday's are always the most unpredictable days to make these suggestions and this week there were also the massive weekend gaps, which made things even harder than usual.

I hope this clears things up for you.
Andrew
