First,they s/l hunting me...now they block my account from withdrawal!!!!!!

They should pay for this!!!

I lost around $500 because of the s/l hunting.....not just that,when I want to withdraw the balance,the account had gone,
I enter into my account on 17th May 2013 and it shows the balance is still there,but on the next day,the account had disappeared,
I already checked my account statement but the money also didn't went there.HOW COME?!
This is purely 100% SCAM indeed!

PLEASE REPLY BACK ASAP!!

Can you be a little more specific? The account "disappeared" as in it was deleted from the system? What error did you get when you tried to login in?
 
They erased my account,when I tried to recover my password,the website said the account is invalid...my money is still in there....Pharaoh,you should put them on SCAM....
 
I don't "put companies on scam". I am the most active member in the forums and also am one of the few "Friends of the Court" who can see and comment on Traders Court cases before they go public. If a company gets a scam finding, it's because they earned it, not because I or anyone else "put them on scam".

First, send an invite to HotForex to join this thread and address the issue. It's a lot easier to get all the facts on the table in a forums thread than in the reviews.

Your trading accounts were archived after you requested it on the 16th of May and that's why you were unable to access them. After our phone conversation yesterday we have reactivated the accounts and now you should be able to access them and withdraw the balance which was deposited by your Introducing Broker after the accounts were archived. I am still waiting to receive an email from you to see if everything is working correctly now. Please do not hesitate to contact me via email or phone (you have my direct number now) if you need any further assistance.

I tried to email to you but your email address cannot be found....second,I tried to opened my account but it still not there....why you archived my account??
I said that I want to close all my MT4 accounts and withdraw all the money...when you confirmed that you closed all of them,I login to my account
and it was fine...but the next day,it just disappeared

The accounts were archived, because you requested it via email and we archived them after transferring the funds from your accounts to your Allied Wallet account. I tried calling you yesterday to see if everything is working correctly now, but I reached your voicemail. I will be waiting for your email, so we sort out any issues you may have.

I am quickly losing my patience against you,how many times I already told you that my account was stated as invalid although you said that it was fixed........I am a person with patience,but when somebody try to play games with me,I'm gonna let you know that you are making a big mistake
DON'T TRY TO PLAY GAMES WITH ME!!! I HAD ENOUGH WITH THIS!!! If you say the account is fixed,tell me that...if not,do not say anything...

I have zero tolerance to anybody that gets in my way....be straightforward okay,I had enough with this game.....don't try to fool me with foolish nonsense
 
Email Venelin and ask him to kindly explain exactly how you should access your accounts. Include screenshots showing exactly where you hit a brick wall when trying to access them.
 
Dear Amir,

I just came into the office and asked the IT department to reset your wallet. According to them you should be able to login now. Please confirm if its working or not.

As of your email that you cannot access your wallet - it was sent on the 24th of May and my post above is on the 22nd. I will ask you to be patient and email me directly instead of posting questions here, because this only slows down the process. I am trying to check FPA on a regular basis, but sometimes it takes me longer to check the forum and all threads.
