Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Instaforex (InstaMarkets Ltd.) is supposedly licensed by the International Financial Services Commission in Belize.

ABOUT IFSC - International Financial Services Commission

Lets begin to register our complaints and explore a class action lawsuit against InstaMarkets Ltd. and its principles. Anyone with a legitamite complaint against Instaforex PM me.

It's an offshore company which makes the whole business a joke, no one in Belize is going to take anything you say seriously.
A complaint to the police will be more efficient

It may be possible to get their license revoked if enough people complaint.

No, this won't get your money back. On the other hand, a revoked license will make it harder for them to recruit new people to deposit money.

It seems to be a very big broker if i am not getting wrong. would like to know more details about this.

If the license will be revoked they can always apply to another offshore license at other micro-island state. They are shameless company who will operate this way or another.

If they were very big they were regulated

They are a fairly large broker. Yes, new licenses can be acquired, but something like "This broker had a license revoked in that country" is enough to make at least a few people hesitate to open accounts.

If you've been ripped off and you don't complain to the regulators or licensing bureaus, no matter how ineffective those are, it looks the same to me as if you are granting the company your personal permission to keep using that license or registration to lure in more victims who will suffer the same scam you've already experienced. If your complaints help save another trader now, that person's complaints may help save you later. If you remain silent now, then you have no reason to complain if no one warns you or the regulators about another bad company later.

If you've really been scammed, the right thing to do is to file complaints with any and all regulators and government agencies. Of course, if it's forex company scamming you, then posting about the problem here at the FPA also is a good way to help warn your fellow traders.

Instaforex is a special case here, they are operating with no shame

It's true that they have no shame. They also do everything they can to smear anyone who speaks out against them. On the other hand, if a government regulator dumps them, it's a little hard for InstaForex to claim that the regulator lied.
