Hello,

Has anyone heard of secureinvestment.com? They have trading history since 2008 here is the link: secureinvestment.com/269776
I surfed for complaint's and for now there are none. What do you think are they legit or is it a scam?

1. No complaints doesn't necessarily mean much. It could just mean that a company doesn't really have all that many clients. Did you find anything positive about them posted in 2008-2012?

2. The trading history is just a list of numbers. Without investor access to a broker account, you have no way of knowing if it's truth or complete fiction.

3. Their claimed office is in Panama. This does not inspire confidence.

4. They refuse to show their licenses unless you invest at least $1000. It costs nothing to list licenses and registrations on a website. What legitimate company would only allow people who have invested 20 times the minimum investment to perform due diligence?

5. You get to see your gains/losses at the end of the day, and can't withdraw until the end of the period of your investment. Since you can't know that any real trading is happening, any results could be pure fiction. It would be sad if your account suffered a sudden, unfortunate loss if they find out you plan to withdraw.

6. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that an average of 1.21% per day across many years is IMPOSSIBLE. If someone can give me investor access to a live account at a reputable broker that has achieved these results for all of 2009-2012 and continues to perform at those rates in 2013, I will happily apologize and humbly beg that person to manage all of my investments.

I strongly recommend you read this:

Then, if you want a managed forex account, read this:

Thank you for your reply.
I did read about Ponzi schemes and about managed accounts, great info, thank you. I have 2 companies that manage my fx account (ROI 20-35% p.a.), but I'm always looking for better ones. I assumed since they have more than 15000 clients, someone would complain if they wouldn't pay them. I invested 500 usd, hopefully this company will last for 5 month's so I can get it out with profit. If something happens I'll report it.

Anyone can create a website claiming to have 15,000 clients and an amazing trading history. If it was true, there would be glowing testimonials all over the web.

If you managed to get profit out of a company that later gets busted as a Ponzi, you may not be able to keep that profit. Also, think of all those people who innocently used Liberty Reserve for years. If they put $10 into a HYIP, then their accounts can easily be flagged as being associated with an online criminal enterprise. This means that even if the US government decides to return money belonging to some people with LR accounts, those people may never see a cent.

"Investing" in a HYIP or other Ponzi only enables it to go on longer and rip off more innocent people. Even if you make a profit, you've contributed to costing other people a lot of money.

True, but I don't know if it's a scam. The hyip can't last for 5 years and there are some testimonials on web, that's why I had to check it out. I also invested via bank transfer, so it goes directly to me, because we don't have taxes for spot fx. I also know that people don't like talking about how much profit they made. On the other hand they could have been "sitting" on domain name and waiting for right time. Either way if it turns out to be a scam I will report it and if it isn't I'll recomend it, but first I have to check it and find out...

HI , I saw their web site and I called them many times , I am really tempted to try them, as I see no complaints , beside they never deduct any money from clients in case of negative trading days which meant 0% Draw Downs , and they put your daily profits in a separate account for you to decide in case you want to withdraw it or reinvested unlike all money mangers who keep negative positions open for days and weeks and tell you "we are trading Long Term"

If a company is offering to give you your profits at the end of each day then , they are recommended by me , but I will still wait for your opinion

Hi Jamilo,

I searched the web and found some forums that people are being paid as promised, but mostly they were on trial investment which is from 50 - 99 usd and they trade for 20 working days. I applied for account in February and got it on May, why so long I don't know, maybe because it also works on referral. If you want I can send you my link in private email. I invested 500 usd and now I have 45.48 usd of profit and they were trading exactly for 20 days. I have it on my operating account, but I invested via bank transfer and minimum for withdrawing trough bank transfer is 500 usd. I also searched if there was some complaint and so far I found none. The company Keystone Marketing Corp. is legitimate and registered in 2008 under Reg. number: 642457. For now I do not advise to invest until I am sure of everything. I'm still waiting for some other forums, to post withdrawals and print-screens etc.

Hi , I keep on scrutinizing them but I found only one problem and it is that all the numbers they posted are leading to a call center in INDIA, and they still insist that they are in Panama ??!!

they told me that a lot of their investors have actually visited their office in Panama, and that I am welcomed to visit any time so maybe we should give them a visit

please lets discus how we can do this due diligence over skype , my ID is : korvotalev

Guys, stop being fooled!

There are three things that make me think these guys are running a Ponzi scheme:

1) They are claiming zero monthly losses since late 2008 which, in Forex, is IMPOSSIBLE to have no losses after 4.5 years. 2) You cannot withdraw funds before certain period without a fee, otherwise they would withhold 25% of your funds (tell me a single real managed Forex that does this) 3) Ask them about the brokers that they work with, and they will refuse to answer (A real, transparent managed Forex would tell you in which Forex broker to deposit your money--NOT DIRECTLY WITH THE TRADER--and gives you a LPOA agreement to sign). It's just a matter of time to see these guys stealing your money and walk away. It could be another month, another year...

Hello Fxpulse,

I have several accounts with managed forex companies, the oldest is since 2006 and the minimum yield was 0,28%/month, they never went lower. Average ROI is around 30% p.a. They have fund, one part of the money is being traded with contango and they make obligations for 3 months for futures, and if you want to end your contract early they charge you 30% of the principal. The rest is traded daily / spot fx, they use max. 3% per trade, and they have 90 traders of which 60 are trading daily 30 are on call, every 2 days the 30 traders with the lowest performance are changed with the ones on reserve. If you don't want to use their managed account they offer individual investment, you get LPOA, ROI is lower around 25% p.a., but you have no exit fee and you can leave anytime... There are many account managers that charge fees.

I don't know about secureinvestment.com that's why I have to check it and find out, because if they are scamming we have to put out this information, but it can be possible to make such amount as they say. I personally know one trader and he makes around 100-300% p.a., but I will never invest with him, because he risks too much and doesn't make any promises and he won't trade with small money. I'm more conservative and always look for something that is somehow protected.
