Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Hi,

First of all, there is a first negative review for forexoma posted this week on the broker review section.
Well, I have also posted a review that is not showing yet. Waiting for moderation I assume.

Anyways, I have quickly gathered all of the evidence that I possibly could related to my business with forexoma. The last time forexoma replied to any of my attempts to contact them about withdrawals was 09 July 2013. Prior to that date, customer service was superb, exceptional. Withdrawals were so fast and they answered support issues so fast. So, it was odd that they were taking a while to respond. I have followed FPA recommendations to try to contact them at least three times over a period of at least a week. No reply. Even wrote the accounts department. No reply.

The odd thing is that the MT4 server is still connected and I am still placing trades actively because I do not necessarily believe that they are gone for good. A broker with 5 star reviews for 3-4 years has no good reason to up and vanish after being in business so long. I would expect them to have done it sooner if they were a scam from the beginning. I hope that this is all a big misunderstanding, but I don't know and I have my doubts. They were just so good about withdrawals, etc. Maybe too good to be true?

Anyways, I do not know what information I should post related to the issue at this time. If a moderator would like to tell me what evidence I should post first, then that would be great.
I have been trading with them for 3 months fyi.

Also, I understood the risks that I was taking trading with an unregulated broker when I started. I'm a noob, not a moron.

VR,

The web page forexoma.com will not even load now. My mt4 remains connected to the server and nothing appears to have changed whatsoever as far as the account goes. I suppose I will see if I can still trade on Monday. Looks like I will have to start over again... with a new account. Sets me back 3-4 months. Really sucks.
Is there anything that can be done if they took down their website and just disappeared?

I have filed disputes with paypal for the deposits I have made in the last 45 days and will see if they will dispute the other deposits if possible. I doubt that I will get any of my initial investment back or any of the profit that I made.

What country are you in?

I am a USA resident. Oddly enough they deleted all of my support questions where I asked if I the accepted USA residents. Maybe they just thought I would loose all my money and not make any. However, once I started and kept on making profit, I believe they decided that they didn't accept USA residents.

I will wait to file a complaint at econsumer for a couple days and see what Paypal comes up with and see if forexoma contacts me here. If this is just technical difficulties, I do not want to sour the relationship I have with forexoma.

Have you been able to contact forexoma to participate in this thread?

that's funny, I got yesterday a PM from someone who is worried about his deposit from that company complaining about this issue.
You better start thinking about involving 3rd parties in it

Who else can I involve?

the website seems to be back up

ah yes, thank you justin. Their address and phone number are gone now, but I have a screenshot of that from before along with other stuff just in case I can actually do something about this. I filed with the econsumer site and have informed forexoma of any and all disputes along with links. Still no response. However mt4 is working still...
