Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
Hi,

Just to say that I find iForex to be very pushy. My demo account was closed several times without warning. I indicated that I didn't feel ready but the account manager said the demo would be closed again citing "psychological" reasons. Since then I made some losses through inexperience and then lost more than I could afford in an attempt to recoup that loss. I know what people are thinking and, yes, I did take some risks I shouldn't have. The fact is that I indicated that I was uncomfortable with live trading and the company went against that. This gives the impression that the staff are acting according to some commercial imperatives that are against the client.

my deal of gold was closed by the iforex way above the mkt price @ 1625 on 25th july where as the days high was 1623.75

now they are offering $200 as compensation that too in trading bonus , which can not be withdrawn .

If they admit responsibility for a bad tick, they should provide full compensation.

hi!! i have tried to register with iforex.com or iforex.ph im from the philippines. after an hour of registration someone called me heres the phone number of that person who called me (02) 784-4111 and informed me that his name is JOHN from IFOREX. i told him i joined because i thought they have free demo accounts that i can use. but then i did not find it. and he said that i will only have it if i deposit an amount to an account. and that freaks me out coz i do not want to give out any single penny without verification specifically the ones online. and i said ok so i do not want to continue if thats the case. and he asked me do i have Credit cards or debit cards i said yes! and he said: "its not gonna be much mam and it will only take you 5 minutes to activate", and i replied no i cant do that i will go to work now. thank you!. so i hang up the phone and after an hour the same number tried to call me for like 50 times that day! the next day i am already pissed off and annoyed by this people they still are trying to call me. and when my brother told them that i was not around they used a cellphone number (heres the number: 09053160912) and said that this is a call from NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) and that they are looking for me coz they will do further investigation of me. hahahah! that was really crazy!and i said seriously??? they said that iforex is related to a government agencies and dept such as NBI. so i asked them to tell me his name because i will ask my uncle who works in NBI. and the line became choppy. so i dropped the call and this man txted me that i will be forwarded together with my information for further investigation because i insulted them for dropping the call. i was really amazed by how they can make such stories and scam people. i wanted to tell him if the line did not get choppy that i did not finish my masters in DLSU just to get scammed by idiots!
