Problem forexoma.com brokerage?

is there any update about forexoma matter? This is my second time i was cheated on forex things.

Just to motivate you guys to do ANYTHING. I also just got my latest deposit of $3650 back from paypal. It's better than nothing. So if you deposited through paypal within the last 45 days, then file the case to them!

The OSC regulates the capital markets in Ontario. We make rules and enforce Ontario's securities laws to provide protection to Ontario investors and to foster fair and efficient capital markets. One of the main ways the OSC provides protection to investors is our requirement that all firms and individuals in the business of trading in or advising about securities in Ontario must be registered with the OSC. We advise investors to deal only with properly registered dealers or advisers. One of the important steps investors can take to protect themselves is to confirm their financial adviser's or dealer firm's registration before making any investment decisions.
Neither Forexoma, VTrade, nor Mr. Chaychi is registered with the OSC to trade or advise in securities.

I have forwarded the information you provided to the Enforcement branch of the OSC for further review. This may or may not result in an investigation; however, OSC staff do not generally comment on the existence, status, or nature of reviews or investigations. There are a few things that I have to explain:

1. As a Canadian company that is not regulated in Canada yet, we do not offer our service to the Canadian citizens for now.

2. As we do not offer our service to Canadians for now and while we are not regulated yet, there is no point to have any Canadian referrer to our office as long as we do not offer our service to Canadians. However, our contact info is accessible on our website:

3. We are in process of being registered with Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and our lawyers are following up with the different stages of registration.

4. vTrades Inc is the company that Forexoma is working under its name and is the company that will be registered with and regulated by OSC. Our company head office is located in Toronto.

5. Ross from Canada has never had any service with us and everything he says comes from his imagination and his mind. Someone who is has not used our service at all is not the right person to post any review and rating. It is the FPA responsibility to remove his rating and his review from here. He can have his post on the forum and we can reply him there. This is not the right page for having such a comment. There is no doubt that this review is not posted by a forex trader and by a website user. It can be clearly and easily read from his language, his words and so many typos and grammatical mistakes he has on his post that everything he says is not based on facts and is based on vendettas and mental hallucinations to sabotaging our company credit.

6. We are a legal and official Canadian company and are operating legally. Canada is not among the list of the countries on our sign up page because as I said we are not accepting any Canadian client for now. Our live account holders who are from the other countries have access to our phone numbers and address. The support service that we have is completely unique and can never be found with any other broker. In addition to the 24 hours help desk that can be reached by phone or through our website, we have many other supports for our clients. For example, when a client has problems in installing the platform, robots and... , we help through having remote access to the client's computer. Have you ever heard that any of the other brokers offer such a support to their clients??? Definitely Not!

7. Regarding the results of our trading activities, I think this person has looked at the wrong website. If he is talking about us, I invite him first to read all the 5 stars reviews posted by our clients and live account holders here on this page and then the below pages to see how our live account holders are making money with our help:

"As a Canadian company, first we should become fully regulated in Canada and then offer our service to Canadians. This is what you had already asked on our help desk and got the answer. On the other hand, it is our own business to offer our services to any country or person that we prefer. More people need to complain to the OSC. One complaint is a low priority. 20+ complaints lets them know there's a real issue and is much more likely to trigger action.
