Today (10/2/2012) I was contacted by Mr. Barilla who checked my withdrawal form and assured me that my account will be closed and the balance transferred to my bank account by the end of the week. So far so good.

I have traded with this broker for about 3 years now and their services to me is excellent, my first account manager Mark Webber is an excellent man calls always and we chat quit often before he was promoted now i have another manager Gil Pas though said their are having a maintenance on their website but he is not as active as Mark. But their withdrawal process is very fast and efficient. Any body complaining might have a bad account manager that why if not the broker is O.K

I received my money on October 12th. Exactly10 days after I requested the closure of my account. They kept their word. I would recommend this broker to anybody. I'm not an affiliate, so feel free to contact me at daniurlo@rocketmail.com.

I'm italian trader and the may 14 i requested the withdrawal of 10.000,00 dollars from my account n.3002251.
After my request, i have called many time 4XP ITALIA and i spoken with Jacky Barilla, Marco Felici, Laura Ferri e Sara Ferrari. Each of them promised me that my request would have been processed in a few days.
After 55 days from my request, and after many e-mails and phone calls, nothing has changed. My money has not arrived in my bank.
Today, in the early morning, i've sent the last e-mail to request the closure of my account and all my money ( 12.117,00 dollar), but nobody answer me.
Now i can say without hesitation that 4XP FOREX PLACE is a BIG SCAM !!!

4XP - They are really Scam company
Let me share you my experience with this company.
Please note that I am doing an official complain on Monday 12 August 2013 to their regulators.
I am an IB for the company. I have introduced a lot of clients but most of them lost their money. One of my clients Charis, managed to gain in his account. He made a withdrawal request on the 16th of July. Since then, I have tried contacting my account manager Ron Gibson without any reply! Tried emailing him numerous times as well as phoning the company and he was always in a meeting, twice on holiday, on the other line, not in the office, etc. I managed only once to speak with him, because he answered the phone as support. He gave me an excuse that the companies bank account has been frozen by authorities and they are not able to process anything. Not even withdraws! Although this is a big lie as I know for sure that they contacted a client of mine to make another deposit! They said that they will pay me back with instalments plus 11%!! I have visited FMRRC which is their regulators and it says in their website that an internal audit is being done in 4XP!
In addition to this, on my personal account, I was making Euros 8000 profit, and they would not accept any withdraws, because as they were stating that the terms of the bonus was not to be able to withdraw any profits. Although, I had agreed in different terms! I have also emails about this, with my manager, Ron Gibson, stating otherwise and saying that this was a misunderstanding, and he should take the blame, but without me being able to withdraw any money!!

4XP are charlatans!!! They lie to new clients just to obtain their money, and do no withdrawals! They promised best trading terms and conditions and when i wanted to Withdraw my profits they got lost!!!
they don't answer to my emails, when they hear my name on the phone they hang up, i can't even speak with them because they don't want this... they IGNORE me!! They took my money and don't want to give them back. I want my money and the profits but they don't want even to hear about me. I spoke to my manager and he got lost. I spoke to Elena, one of their managers and she ingnores me too now. At last i spoke to Jayden Hamilton and he said that he cannot help me. WHY? You are 4XP!!! you are the Best, NO? NO!!!! you're just Thieves! you don't even have courage and honesty to speak to me, why you are still working? I have their emails and their promises of money back, and i still have no money! I need my money and my profits as i deserve! DOn't make the mistake to work with 4XP!!!

4XP is steeling our money
I opened a protected account at 4XP. This account has the advantage that one you loose you money the company give you back the deposit you made at the beginning of your trade with a condition that you haven't made any withdraw. I lost my money and it has been more that two months asking them to give me back the original deposit but they refuse to do so. They deny at first that they have such offer and in August they put the same announcement on their web site by "saying believe it or not".
