Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem 4XP=FXTG=SkyFX: The Proofs

I am having an issue with a company
As previously mentioned, the shareholders/directors of Forex Place Ltd in the BVI listed in 2008 are:

Shimon Cohen
Benjamin Abramov
Yair Abramov

Thanks to a good friend (who may or may not want to be publicly named, so I'll hold back for now), I have information about TradeMarker Ltd (SkyFx). The stockholders are:

Shimon Cohen
Benjamin Abramov
Yair Abramov

One of the directors is also the CEO of SkyFx and he was previously the CCO of Dealserv.

Another director is M.S. I have seen at least one item out there on the web indicating that he was the CFO of Dealserv at some point. The address listed for him appears to be very similar Dealserv's address in Caesarea, Israel.

ASIC's records for Forex TG Pty Ltd (formerly Forex Place Australia Pty Ltd, formerly Jardine Futures & Securities Pty Limited) show:

M.S. as a previous director from July 2012 to April 2013.

Guy Galboiz as a previous director from November 2009 to April 2010. See post 2 of this thread to see his other ties to 4XP and FXTG.

Previous major shareholders include:

Shimon Cohen
Benjamin Abramov
Yair Abramov

I think all of this shows very strong connections between Dealserv, 4XP, SkyFx, and FXTG.

Game, set and match! Slam dunk by Pharaoh!

Hereby, I asking the FPA moderator to consider adding SkyFX and FXTG to the scam finding of 4XP. Many people are awaiting their money and we shouldn't let them continue do it under another brands.

Attached, please find the records of Forex Place Ltd in the UK and Forex TG Ltd in the UK.

If anyone doubts that these were created by many of the same people, notice the names of some of the directors.

Forex Place Ltd in the UK includes:

Shimon Cohen
Yair Abramov

Forex Place in both the BVI and UK have the same secretary listed in the documents.

Forex TG Ltd in the UK includes:

Shimon Cohen
Benjamin Abramov
Yair Abramov

To me, this looks like a tangled web of companies with considerable overlap in the people running them.

In addition, I've got from an anonymous source the servers sources of 4xp, SkyFX and FXTG. And guess what? They are all under the same servers!!

For example if we take the SkyFX, FXTG and 4XP demo server here you will see they are all under the source

If we take a look at the main server, I don't have better news. They have 3 main servers, in main server 1 SkyFX and FXTG are both under same Dealserv server, in main server 2 all three companies are under the same server so is in main server 3

Server 1

I still have server 3 but I will save you the trouble with opening the attachments, yet if you still want me to upload it please let me know.

Looks like FXTG, SkyFx, and 4XP are mostly using the same MT4 servers.

How can an MT4 broker really call itself a broker instead of an IB or whitelabel if it doesn't even have it's own MT4 backend?

I invited representatives from SkyFx and FXTG to post here. So far, they have not posted anything. There is now a link to this discussion thread on the FPA review pages of FXTG, SkyFX, and 4XP.
