Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem 1LOTSTP is a scam Company?

I am having an issue with a company
Did you file the complaint with eConsumer yet?

Yes I have sent an email to eConsumer.

I have also sent an email to the Nevis Regulators which FX Systems State that they are their regulators in their for my complaint.

Oddly enough I received this reply from them!!!! BE EXTRA Careful, not sure if we should open a case.

"Dear Charis Theocharus,

The Nevis Financial Services Regulatory and Supervision Department writes to further reiterate that FX SYSTEMS LTD and its affiliates are not and were never licensed or regulated by the Department to carry on investment business in or from within the Jurisdiction.

As stated in my earlier email, the Department do not regulate or issue licenses for foreign exchange brokerage activities. However, all corporations are required by law to obtain any necessary licences to conduct business in the jurisdictions in or under which they operate.

The Department thanks you for bringing the issue to our attention and will advise of any updates once we are in a position to do so.

Please be guided accordingly.

Nothing much we can do even the regulation department says fxsystems is not regulated at all. And the address and phone number are all fake. Can't locate it on google map!

The company replied to me this week telling me that they will be closing my account(already did) since their "investigation" showed them that I was using my trades as arbitrage to foresee future directions of currency gains!!!! And that there will be no reply anymore to that thread!!!
I do not know what to do next. This is total scam, and their excuse is not at all giving any reasons! I replied to them telling them that this is what trading is and what CFDs are suppose to do, just trade anticipated directions of a currency but there is no reply.

Been in touch with a fellow from FXSystem's business development urging them to come forward with any evidence of arbitrage, we shall see what they do.
Arbitrage in an stp/ecn station = unlikely

Try to initiate chargeback from your credit card company (if 45 days hasn't passed yet). Then you can draw back from this suspense and save your initial deposit. Anyway if you managed to generate from 2500 to 11000 you can repeat your deed trading on other broker platform...

Those chargeback time limits seem to vary from country to country. Don't hesitate to call your card's issuing bank and ask someone in the fraud department about deadlines and for other advice.

I thought it's 6 months for Visa/MasterCard and 12 for AMEX in online/phone deals as a worldwide rule.
