Like the other guy said, we ask FPA to have them authenticated by a REPUTABLE specialist willing to put this reputation on the line, and publish their results, otherwise they will be worth NOTHING SCHMUCK.

Believe it or not, what we French are doing here in Montréal is somewhat too complicated for a finance student from London Ontario to understand. Googling 5-year old court document is easy. I suggest you continue doing it until you find something more relevant before you shoot your mouth off in the air.

French Lawman, vous m'avais mal compris, je n'ai rien contre les Quebecois! All I meant to say was that I was surprised to hear that there was an "official" investigation apparently going on in Canada regarding this MexBank/ACM thing. The forum public here has produced proof by presenting the US court papers as evidence. This demonstrates a long history of illegal doings that cover Fraud Scams through Ponzi like schemes, as well as proof of Money Laundering. yet we hear nothing "official" coming out of the US. Does this not strike you as a little strange?

Going by what has been produced here as proof, we see a long history of screwing the public out of their money, I hope and believe that this is them finally arriving at their end, it just remains for the Swiss authorities to do the right thing.

I'm still inquisitive about this Canadian angle.

Why would FPA even consider giving you these, it must be contrary to laws and regulations to do so...but what the hell do you care, have you ever been a law abiding citizen??? I am sure that in Putnam valley, where you live, you must be offering the locals a nise false image of yourself. How many web blogs do you have? Do they all just talk about who you are going to sue? The whole case doesn't point to Mexbank.
I have no experience with either party.

I would be worried to go with Mexbank knowing someone successfully laundered money through them... but the case doesn't go after them directly meaning their Money-Laundering proceedures aren't up to gut.

Then insinuating that this trader knowingly set this up?

All i see is the judgement came down in Dec. 06 and the site was setup in nov 06... to me that doesn't scream anything.


As a trader I tend to try to get all the facts of what is going on before I place a trade... and there are definitely facts missing here.

Both arguments are fairly compelling... but I'm waiting for the result.
Ilya seems to not be being cordial... but if you got basically blacklisted and you can never get another job trading... you probably would be less than so and definitely pissed off.
Also the crowd you keep says alot about you... though above I touched on how the one link I saw which people roared of is in fact not a nail in the coffin.

I don't know much about ACM... but brokers are brokers.

The Disease, you are basing your judgment on the more minor of the court reports. Have a look at the SEC court papers earlier on in this thread, there you see it will be mentioned again the owner of MexBank, and other companies, is McDuff, then it go on to say that one of the MexBank websites set up in a slight different name, is owned by Ilya Paniotov. Ilya is a trader of MexBank, he is a personally known to the fraudster owner McDuff. MexBank was set up to make money for themselves by trading clients money, Ilya Paniotov is one of these traders, you telling me he is not au fait avec tout cela? That he knows NOTHING of what goes on around him day to day? Please, I think not!

they don't look like what freddy put up... I'm just saying that you want me to not believe whats being said on one side and unconditionally accept the other?

I searched the SEC site for "Mexbank" which includes archives and nothing came up.

Just waiting for the proof to be shown.

Mr. Ponotov, would it be so hard for you to stop making a fool out of yourself by filtering your language and passing your literature masterpieces through WORD processor to eliminate the grammar mistakes? But in reality you truly make very little sense and your bravado speeches here resemble a monologue of a lost spaceman on cosmic meth.
Please, if you have any professional logic and integrity, then get a lawyer and ask him to write a formal letter with clear and concise explanations of you wild contemplations to the static imagery you provided here.
We do understand that a man in your position may want to express himself and await a CLEAR answer if you may indulge in producing such.

On the other hand, Mr Freddy4X, fxchen and Robert Richter, what exactly is your story with the disorderly subliminal marketing of ACM here? Do you know more than we do or do you simply work for ACM and timidly use this uncanny communication tool to exercise your jobs?
Or you basically have nothing better to do then hang out in forums day and night ridiculing everybody and exercising the mastery of your polluted lingo on third world refugees? Why such undivided love for ACM? Why so much passion and romance for Ilya? Why waste so much time researching the web for bits and pieces of data?

All we know for now is that ACM has been charged with fraud and then filed a counter suit for defamation, forgery of documents and blackmail. Nothing more, aside from the alleged platform screenshots has been said by any of the parties.
Mr. Ilya, would you care to explain why your counterpart has accused you of blackmail?
Can you on MexBank’s behalf release an OFFICIAL statement of any kind? Can you or your employer enlighten this community what is going on with LEGAL documents (scans), as opposed to murky screenshots of photoshop creations?

And would the ACM representative present here go and tell his boss that ACM needs to make a public statement and counter the pending allegations before this forum grows out of proportion. The truth is that we know absolutely nothing about the case and the police will be taking their sweet time into this investigation.

We need REAL proof and PUBLIC statements form MexBank and ACM. Until we see that, i truly do not think there is a point in sacrificing any goats!
