ForexCT blocked my account without any reasons

I’ve been trading with this company for few months. Thing are going smooth until 6 March.
They sent me an email “we are investigating a number of irregularities that are linked to your trading account. “
They blocked my account and claimed that at least take 30 business days to conduct this issue.
They don’t allow me to do any activities including deposit and withdraw money on my trading account.
I had called compliance department for few times, but their colleague said they were on meeting every times.
After I sent few more email to ask, they just replied the same content of email. There are no explanation and no response until now.
I have lots of money in the account. They are now holding my money and it seems like they don’t wanna give me back the money.
I’m really worry about it.

Can anybody tell me what to do?
 
Yes, I did. ASIC asked me to inform Financial Ombudsman Service, but FOS explained to me that they could only involve this case after 45 days we still fail to deal with ForexCT. The problem is now ForexCT compliance department doesn't contact me or explain to me what's going on. :(
 
Go ahead and gather up every scrap of information you can. Contact the AU FOS and ask if you can start filing information with them while waiting on that 45 day deadline.
