I am submitting the case against: www.gainsy.com

My Case is: Hello.they have blocked my account with balance of 1183$.
they said me that a hacker has blocked many holders accounts.they promissed us by email that will pay all deposits but ... nothing till now(more than 2 months later)...

The company was first contacted about the issue on 01/12/14 the last contact was on 01/28/14

Details: they have a simple formula:
1-when you chat with them(their answer is : this problem is not related to support.you should send email to our security team.if you continue you will known as an spam.

2-when you email to their security: it is not possible they answer to you.huge silent is their strategy.

Gainsy did reply to me. Their representative said the company did not want to discuss the issue in an open forum. The rep also wanted to discuss opening a partnership with the FPA, but threatened to ask the authorities to "monitor and liquidate your domain in case you continue to spread the blackmailing posts of the radically-spirited citizens of the Islamic and Arabic world, that is considered to be of high danger both in the USA and the whole world."

I explained that asking a company to pay money legitimately owed to a trader is not blackmail. I explained that Gainsy offering to discuss a partnership arrangement while wanting a client complaint suppressed could be interpreted as a bribery attempt. I also offered to mediate an email discussion between the client and Gainsy. There was no response.

I am now moving this to the Open Cases folder. Unless Gainsy takes steps to resolve this issue or manages to liquidate the FPA this week, the case will go to a vote next week.

I don't trust any forex broker now one tried to stiff me a few months aback and as a result i believe the vast majority are scam outfits. Given the chance my vote will be guilty, BTW where do i go to vote?

Like Answer From Another Broker Out There About IP and Multiple Manage Account, Like On This Case. I Think this similar Problem About Who (IB) Making Their Affiliate / Reffering Friend or Family From One IP And Use Another or Edited Document ID For Their Affiliate Client.

But If This Prohibited, Broker Must Inform Their Trader About Their Term And Conditions.

It looks to me like Gainsy is more than happy to take money from Islamic and Arabic clients, but then accuses those same clients of being dangerous radicals if the clients complain about not being able to get their money.

Hi,

I had an account with Gainsy about 1 year.

I had too many withdrawals with no problem. I make my withdrawals via wire transfer and Skrill. The process is usuallly finishing in one day. I'm very glad with that company.

I was surprised when I saw this thread. Now I'll follow that thread curiously.
