• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

I got scam from YouTradeFX!
I opened an account with $500 deposit, after I made a withdrawal request, they didn't transfer money for me!
They don't reply to my emails!
They disabled my account with about $700 balance!

I sent an email to "Jonathan Logger", but even he didn't reply to me.
I don't know what to do?!!!

We will be more likely to complain and to take action against this kind of situations , and we happen to be reimbursed .

I 've never seen it , knowing that I have worked with many other broker like FXCM , Marketsworlds , etc ... and I had my transfer more tards few days.

nel frattempo continuate ad inviare il tutto all'ASIC, nel link del post scritto sopra.Contattare anche le vostre Forsz dell'ordine Nazionali, perchè possono agire a livello mondiale.

Se Youtradefx sede Australia,non risolve molto a breve i problemi cominciando dai più vecchi, l'ASIC ricevendo tante truffe di questa società manderà caput la youtrade, con le diverse conseguenze

Lately, I feel like I'm working for the YouTradeFx Peace Army instead of for the Forex Peace Army. For the last 2 months, I have been spending more time dealing with YouTradeFx issues than on all other brokers combined.

Last week, I asked George Becker to post instructions for clients from India having troubles here and as a "No rating" review on the FPA review page for YouTradeFx. He didn't make either post. Now I am seeing more complaints from inside and outside of India. Because of this, I am posting a set of instructions here. George can either email me suggestions for additions or can post a reply if he likes.


If you are have money with YouTradeFx and are your withdrawal requests have been ignored for more than 1 week, these are the instructions. If you haven't done so already, please do the following...

Start a new thread here Scam Alerts Folder

Send an email to George Becker UPDATE: DO NOT EMAIL GEORGE. Try sending emails to Jonathan Logger (JonathanL@ytfx.com) instead which includes your account number, your account balance, the amount you are trying to withdraw, all the information needed to process the withdrawal. Attach copies of your ID documents. See the second post in this thread for more details. Ask him what else he needs. UPDATE: DO NOT EMAIL GEORGE. Email Jonathan Logger (JonathanL@ytfx.com).

Post in this thread when you have done all of the above.

If you do not get a reply from him within 3 business days, post here again and update your personal thread in Scam Alerts.

If you do get a reply, give Jonathan whatever information he requests. If he doesn't send proof that the withdrawal has been processed within 3 business days, post here again.

EDIT: Do not file an FPA Traders Court Case at this time. Unless the terms to lift the Scam Finding are all met and the Scam Finding against YouTradeFx is lifted, no more Traders Court Cases will proceed to a vote. If you follow all the other instructions, including posting updates in this thread, I'll make sure that resolving your issue is part of having the Scam Finding lifted.

If you do get paid, post here, post in your personal thread in Scam Alerts, and leave a followup review. This way everyone will know your issue has been resolved so more attention can be given to issues that still are not fixed.


Once more, do NOT file any new FPA Traders Cases against YouTradeFx while the current scam finding is in effect. Doing so wastes time that could be put towards getting your money back.
