Did they erase all transaction after you had withdrawn?
i trade and see any time my balance , but since any weecks balance is 00000 , no historial of my trades and i receive from Bank of america a a warning of trying suspicious to take money from my account so they are in the same time , its clear taht the company charme me to open so they have all the information from my banc account and the way to make fraud are evident ,,,thanks good that the bank have a extreme security for foreign transactions so its easy to make empty ypur accoun from companys like that fraud raud and fraud why that can be happens ho are the controls ??
So i send emails to the representative, to support and no answers , the representative emails returned as undelivered so no more activivity, the chat ist a fake and the cell phone in the web is in Argentina of course no answer.

but i have some screen scans from any complains of my trasactions.
My worry begins at the company in some trades play unfair tricky
at the end of the option when the price are 5 decimals in any cases the use a stuped argumet to meke me lost the options like that at the company convenience they use 4 digit to make loses they say the system ignore the 0 jaja its a joke !!!

Since your bank is calling, you need to have a long talk with their fraud department. If it was a credit card transaction, ask if there is any way to do a chargeback now or not.
Also, ask the bank and your local police if Venezuela has a central place to report online financial fraud. If you do find out about such a thing, please share the information here.

its a joke to use the police in venezuela !!!!!!! no way mabe i call my bank to see if posible a chargeback of this deposit and you as forexpeace arme what you can doing ?? its easy to receive all fraud reports but you help people hier ??? in my case ??

Joke or not, if you don't at least try to find out if the police, financial regulators, or anyone else can intervene, you are giving scammers your personal blessing to keep ripping people off in your country.
